@ gs123----what time your application reached on First may? My anxiety levels are rising every passing hour. Mine is also first may bur DD case

It was received at 10:11am on May 1, 2014. I wish your file is also already processed. As yours is a DD, I know it would take some more time for you to receive the good news. Keep checking with your bank. Good luck!

You are scaring sh** out of me. Lol. 0.1 % is way too low. However we have noticed that lot of people in this there's are silent spectators and don't have entry in spreadsheet yet. Also you are not taking DD applicants into account. So % age is much higher

I think your assumption is wrong... Last year CIC started slowly with charging until they started to go full speed even if you check the history of cap update initially it was 20 per per week then 40 and so on ....

I think not all Sydney folks started to work on 2014 application yet... I guess I will die waiting before they reach to to the 8th of may applications LOL

Yes, the forum represents lot fewer %age of the universe, but not so low.

Dont forget that at max 5-6 courier companies (DHL, FEDEX,UPS, CANADA Post, and may 1-2 regional ones) operate in Syndney, Nova Scotia. Others use these to make their deliveries. I have sorted the sheet on the basis of courier company used, and apparently most of these companies make only 1 trip or at max 2 trips (rarely) to the facility per day (we may represent small portion of the universe, but receiving time is normally distributed, so good indicator of courier service trips to CIC). Therefore, most of these applications are supposed to be received at almost same time (again morning in most cases).
