Don't worry. Its still not too late to correct things.

Wait till you get AOR. Once you get AOR send CIC updated forms and also attach cover letter mentioning your situation. Talk to agency about blunder they have done and take necessary steps.

In mean time make Necessary changes to forms and keep it everything ready. As soon as you receive AOR, email updated form to CIC on same day or very next day. Wait for acknowledgement email from CIC & after 2 weeks order GCMS notes which you will receive after 1 month just to confirm that updated forms are attached to your application.

Thanks brothers for your quick response.

I have already talked to agency & they want to correct the forms by giving mail & also sending hard copy. Will it be really wise to send corrections now or will I wait till getting AOR? Is there any negative impact for my application if i send corrections beforehand. Please suggest.

Friends,

On the Generic Form the fields not applicable to me , gets automatically greyed out. Do I still need to mention N/A on the greyed out areas with a pen after printing?

Please suggest

Unfortunately there is no way for immigration officer to find ur application to consider missing /correction documents. I would suggest to wait before sending corrected forms. be prepared to submit fresh application. If ur applying under non IT and non finance NOC you will get through.

Cheers.

for those that got their credit card deducted, is it Point of sales or online ?
what is the source of this transaction ,,,

normally my bank block international transaction.
my bank is asking for the source of the transaction to the bank will not block it.

AFAIK pos means point of sale and it cannot be done without a legitimate credit card. It should be online transaction done by immigration system. Still experts can advice better

Can anyone help me out on this please

okays... thanks a lot :)
Hii you will get refund of courier charges as i got last year but it will delay your wes report for 5 -6 day as happend with me.. So don't take any risk and wait for the report..in the mean time get ready yor rest of docs..

If you worked at least continuously 1 year in any of the 50 eligible NOC in the past 10 years, you are eligible to apply as long as you get 67 points.
I have worked with a firm continuously for five years already and BUT I LEFT THE AND presently i'm with another firm but have worked just for 5 months.Though i have seen a NOC that i'm eligible for as a result of my job description(duties) or title for both the initial five yrs job with the other firm and what i'm doing currently. My question now is,can i still be considered, all things been equal if i get a referral letter from my previous employers where i put in five plus considering the fact that i'm not eligible currently for any NOC even as a result of the fact that i have just 5 months work experience with my current firm ? pls your reply will save me some unnecessary expenses. Thanks

If your application is successful, you will get a hint when your credit(between 8 to 10 weeks.......it may be faster depending on the loads of application with CIC) card is charged for your processing fees....if it's DD,you will know only if you contact your bank for details. You will get a PERS notification mail btw 3 to 20days after your cc/DD is charged....the mail will be sent to your email address which you indicated in the generic form.
If your application is not successful, you won't get any notice from CIC unless you write them to know the status of your application as it will be returned back to the address you indicated on your generic form "unprocessed ".
Cheers!

Hello Fredd, no one knows how long Iit will take to get feedback. It took average of 90 days last year but the Canadian government has committed to shortening the process this year. So if your application is successful this year, you will receive your PER by email soon. All the best.

Thank you Century....

Is there any problem if the liabilities is almost equal to settlement fund or Is there any impact on settlement fund for liabilities?

+1 for your help to clear the confusion.

If your job descriptions in your previous company fit into any of the 50 NOC ,you are qualified and eligible to apply.
The instruction says you can apply with any experience you have within the last 10years whether current or previous.
You are good to go.......go and get your letter of experience from your previous employer in the format mentioned from the document checklist........don't waste time.
Cheers!

3. In genric form, while printing, one page is full of barcode and one in which we have to declare also got barcode. Both these form should be put in front or what? sequence of pages for generic form will be 5,6,1,2,3,4..
4. In background declaration, how to write till date in current employment? Write only Till Date in (TO) section of Work Experience..
