Hi everyone! I need help in completing the IMM5669E form. As with everyone else, my university has 2-3 months of summer/semestral break for each school year, my question is, do i need to separately account for those breaks on the personal history part of Background/Declaration form or can I just write that I am studying for my Bachelor's Degree from 2005 -06 to 2010 - 04 ?

NO, YOU DONT ACCOUNT FOR IT SEPERATELY.

YOU INCLUDE IT IN THE OVERALL DURATION OF YOUR STUDY JUST LIKE YOU WROTE HERE 2005-06 TO 2010-04.

I've noticed that a few applicants have started getting their CC charged. My application reached on the 6th of May. However, I paid by DD. Is there any way of finding out if CIC collected the DD? I read in the guidelines that once a Positive Eligibility is made, CIC will issue a letter to the applicant informing him/her of the same. My question is, do they do this via regular post mail? Or via express courier? Do they also send an email? Are there any other ways of knowing whether I made the cut?

Yes, it is sufficient if it has following info

1. Your DOB
2. Your Name
3. Name of Parent/Parents

It any of the above mentioned (specially # 3) is missing you need an affidavit

Will 10th certificate work or I need to make any affidavit?????????

There is one more case. 3July2174. He claims his CC charged and he doubts whether it is true. Should not do anything until he says it is true.

You need to try your level best to send it ASAP but you CANT SEND before end of June. Lets say, if someone thinks that it is filled by that time, does it means you SHUD NOT TRY? NO. May be you are the 1,000 applicant

This question is only applicable if u r waiting for something for which there are alternates, lets say ur birth certificate will be available by end of June (but all other docs including IELTS & ECA are complete). Then this q is relevant that shud u wait till that time or use 10th grade certificate/affidavit as an alternate

RELAX!!! Only few 1st May applicants have been charged, which means they just started. Your turn will take atleast 2-3 weeks and another 1-2 week for the PER email. However, after 3 weeks (include 2-3 days for DD encashment) you can start checking with your bank.

I will put school leaving certificate, 10th & 12th marksheets. But these documents contains only father name not mother name. What is the solution for mother name???

Yes, it is sufficient if it has following info

Parent/Parents Name mean either both or atleast 1 parent's name

You are good to go as it has your FATHER's Name (one of the parents)

1. once we get the PR on NOC 2174, can we work in other NOC (lets say 0112 HR department) in canada?
2. can Spouse also do the job??
3. can we run own bussiness if we entered as FSW??

Sorry for the confusion. My CC was not charged, I just made a remark that anybody can say(fake) his/her CC is charged. True movement will be identified only in next few days as I am not convinced if CIC has really started processing. None of the existing 1st May users from the sheet said they have been charged.

They will send you e-mail. If you don't heard anything within 10 weeks, the below is the contact guideline:
