1) Yes, with verification, only completion as per requirement is checked
2) 99.9% PER is issued but in some cases it has followed with rejection letter and reimbursement of the fee
3) Not sure, i guess its quality assurance (random checking) by a senior.

Greetings to all,
Please advise me if i am eligible to apply.
I am one of the directors in my father's company (private limited) engaged in construction activities and have been working there for the last 7 years. Am i eligible provided i fulfill the education and IELTS requirements? FYI there have been regular NEFT transfers from the company to my own personal savings account for the last 2 years that i can show as income proof.
If eligible, what work documents should i prepare? should i include the director list and reveal that its my father company?

P.S I am thinking of applying under NOC 0013.

Help on this matter will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have already gone through the procedure and i should be able to make a score of 70+. But does it matter if one is working in ones's own company? I mean, will they believe whatever i write in the work documents.

Hello Friends,

I wrote IELTS exam on 10th May, 2014 in Nairobi and was suppose to get IELTS result on 23rd May,2014.

However, British Council is not able to provide the original printed copy of result as they say there is technical issue with British council head office in UK. Once it is resolved, then will provide.

I can view my results online though.

Did any one face the same issue with British Council elsewhere ?

Yes I think you can all this and you can claim experiance , in doubt they may ask for few new references or provide your salary proof later , I think you can still apply with the details as if company is closed its not your fault.

seniors and experts please help me out with my query..
For my 1 year old daughter birth certificate I had submited indian embassy birth certificate. Which after applying I realised is not accepted by cic.
so now just to try my luck I hav translated her original certificate and notarized it and planing to mail cic today..

can anyone please guide me as to what should I write on the envelope so as to tell them that these are the additional documents for the earlier application.

I have applied under noc1113 and my ilets will expire on 24th may 2014 , my file reached on 12th may 2014

Last year i have applied under 1112 , but my file got returned due to co cap

I have 4 years exp in noc 1113 so this year i applied under the same

some expert say that is your file reaches befor your ielts expire they will consider the same

please help , whether i should wait for there reply or apply for new ielts again

Apparently, when your application is received at CIO, they place some indication of the date on it. Since your application was received prior to the expiry date of your IELTS, you should be fine provided the rest of your application is considered complete.

I believe in this FSWP, dependents mean only spouse and children. (It explains on instruction guide clearly)
Parents are under family sponsorship program after PR is granted as per my understanding.

what if i have a car loan against this car, i understand that i need to mention the car loan in liabilities. should i have other assets to cover the loan value (other than the car itself)?

in other words, if i put it this way, will it work?

Assets: $Car value + $bank acount

Liabilities: $Car Loan

Funds: $Bank account

I think you can put your car value as asset, but you can't use it to satisfy the settlement funds requirement. How you have noted it above should be fine. If at all possible, it would be best if "$Bank account - $Car Loan" is above the required settlement amount (just in case they decide to do this, although there is no indication they would).

As I believe has been said before, if she needs the 2 years experience to get the minimum points of 67, then there's no other option but to wait one month more. Unless, another point could be gained on one of the other factors before that time.

plus do we need to send transcript again ?? degree certifictes / DMC's ??? with CIO file??
or only ECA original with application ?? please reply if confirmed ...

Yes, ECA report to be sent to CIO must be the original. Along with ECA, you also need to submit copies of degree certificates, transcripts, etc. This is noted in number 13 on the FSWP Document Checklist. Repetitive, I know, since you would have had to send this to get the ECA in the first place, but that's what CIC requires so no choice but to ensure the requirements are fulfilled.
