Greetings to all,
Please advise me if i am eligible to apply.
I am one of the directors in my father's company (private limited) engaged in construction activities and have been working there for the last 7 years. Am i eligible provided i fulfill the education and IELTS requirements? FYI there have been regular NEFT transfers from the company to my own personal savings account for the last 2 years that i can show as income proof.
If eligible, what work documents should i prepare? should i include the director list and reveal that its my father company?

P.S I am thinking of applying under NOC 0013.

Help on this matter will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Also it would be good if apply in construction Managers category..

If you have offer letter, Salary certificates and reference letters you are eligible to apply..

Also it would be good if apply in construction Managers category..

Actually i don't have the education to support this NOC as the highest degree i have is Msc. International Business Economics. Also, will they believe my documents as it is my father company.

My spouse birth place is UAE. She got her birth certificate from CONSULATE GENERAL OF INDIA,DUBAI(UAE).

Is it accepted by CIC?? Because I read in some of the post that birth certi isuued by Indian Ambasy was rejected by CIC....

Did you have any share of the business? If yes, you are also the owner. In that case, you have to get reference letter from few of your customers and also have to show the money you received from them.

In case, you are an employee, get the reference letter from your father (in case there is no HR), salary received, etc.

I suggest you do all the above as it seems to me you are partner (non-investing) as well as employee.

I've just started gathering together my info for my application under NOC 1111 (accountants).

My info is already on its way to WES to be approved, and I have booked an english test for June 21st (results within 13 days). I've just about to send off my Police check forms now - should take 10 days.

Basically, I will have my forms etc ready to send via courier by the end of June. Is this going to be soon enough? Or am I just being crazy?

I wasn't expecting 1111 to be on the list, or otherwise I would have been way speedier at getting this all sorted out.

Do you think NOC 1111 is going to fill up really fast? Is it worth my time even doing this?

Last year, an applicant was rejected due to "Birth Certificate issued by High Commission of India in Mauritius not accepted by CIC"

Some applicant used 10 class certificate where his/her name, DoB, and parent's name is there. You can actually use both so that one is not accepted, other does.

No intention of replying anyone cos i'm a newbie .Pls can i get help regarding the fact that i have put in 5yrs plus with one firm.But as it stands,i'm with another coy,same job title but just 5 months with them ! I'm i eligible to apply for the fsw programme. kollins,pls help me asap!

Yes, nobody thought NOC-1111 will be on the list..Most of the applicants under this NOC are in the process of obtaining necessary educational credentials from WES, or language skills credentials i.e. IELTS... Some of the previous year returned applications (mostly NOC-1112) would shift into this category, if they feel that their work experience can fit into 1111 as well because 1112 is very very hot now also... However, there is a fair chance that NOC 1111 would not get filled up by end of June14 also..

Try hard to get the documents as fast as possible.

Seniors who had previously applied for FSW .... Do you know of any rejections that has happened because of POF coz I see a lot of confusion when it comes to declaring assets and liabilities?

If you worked at least continuously 1 year in any of the 50 eligible NOC in the past 10 years, you are eligible to apply as long as you get 67 points.
