Hi

In schedule three. Do we still tick the NO box for questions about spouse if u are single?

If no, should we write N/A inside the box after we printed the form?

posting again---
I need experts opinion.. help please.

Is a College teacher's job also goes under noc 4011?
If I show I have worked in a college as a teacher for 6 months and than worked as a lecturer in a university for 3 year 8 month, So am I going to be able to claim experience for 4 years (adjusting both), means 13 points!?

Hello all,

this is on behalf of my friends, my friend has MBBS from india and has around 4 years experience in General practice as a duty doctor.

I will tell what he has:
Credentials verified by ECFMG
IELTS (Overall 7)
Age 29

So what are first steps to start the process it would be good to have a detailed explanation on the same, i would be thankful if somebody who is applying for the same NOC could assist or anybody who has idea about the same or applied already or previously.

Awaiting for the reply .. and thanks in advance

Hi,

The process does not differ based on the NOC code. It is same for everyone and only the ECA differs based on the profession/education. First Step is to calculate the points at the below link:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

If you are getting more than 67 points then you can proceed with filing the application. You can download and fill the forms there. Look into the Guide 7000 for more details. It is pretty good and very detailed.

In case of any doubts the forum members are very good to help you.

Can anyone tell me what is checked by CIC in completeness check ? I assume they do not match job duties with NOC duties at this stage ? Waiting for my CC to be charged applied may1st

Hi

When sending documents to CIO, should we put school transcripts in sealed envelops? Very thick, just want to put them in a simple way.

Yes I think you can..

Hey Atharabbas can you have a look at the roles and responsibilities mentioned by me and provide you through whether i should go for 2171 or 2173.
In your Business Analyst and IT business wont make much difference so i think u are good to apply for 2171 and many people said the designation does not make much difference what makes difference is experience letter from company with business cards of ur supervisors attached to the same.

yes you can PM me. I can have a look.

what do you mean by "business cards of ur supervisors attached"? Is it required to attach my supervisor business card with all experience letters? I didn't it read it before anywhere.

Great!! :) When do you think will the "No. of applications received so far" link on CIC website get updated? Also, i assume that the FSWP 2014 spreadsheet has the details of the members of this forum ONLY who have voluntarily provided their info. Right? In the meanwhile lemme update my details as well :D
As mentioned in the page, it will be updated once a week, but does not mention, starting when...?
You are correct. The spreadsheet contains information of users, of this forum, who have taken their time to provide enough statistics for everyone to make g-estimates.
Go ahead and update yours.

My question is i have submitted bank statement where i have transferred funds from my parents account to mine two weeks before applying. would this be a problem can i explain that i have given funds to parents and they have returned it back would this be a rejection reason.

I forgot to notarize my wife's education offer letter which is I20 of my studies in australia. Hope this wont be a problem

My application was received on 14'th May and NOC is 2174. I was :( unlucky last year hope i make it this year. Fingers crossed.

Please kindly let me know :)
Friend, it's called Settlement fund, because you will have to starch form scratch in Canada. It cannot be borrowed money ( well I guess it can, but it should money that you can take with you to Canada after receiving DM and Landed.
If the document is in English, it does not need to be motorized. Remember, only documents that are not in English or French have to be translated/notarized.
