My application reached cio on 16th may 2014. Should I resubmit my entire application without any intimation from cic regarding my applications rejection? And I have my daughter's birth certificateIin Arabic..which I Wil get translated and notarized. . And I don't have any u I number..

Why do you need to resubmit, do you know there's a problem with your first application? Did you include a note as to why your daughter's birth certificate was not included the first time?

Nobody knows but it's generally thought to be very difficult to get CIC to replace any documents you sent before the application goes to the local VO. You could submit an entirely new application I suppose, and withdraw the old one later. It's hard to say.

Has anyone been able to reach WES by mail or phone and gotten response?

My evaluation has been on hold since May 7 as the status shows they are expecting verification from my institution. My instittion is yet to receive any correspondence from them and the clock is ticking.....

I would appreciate suggestions on how to get WES to resend the verification request.

I have a question regarding how to calculate points for work experience. If someone has a gap in his/her work experience does it affect anything?

My complete FSW program application reached CIO on May 7th 2014. I applied in in NOC category 0111. My VO is New Delhi. Being an early submitter, when can i expect the entire processing of my application to finish? Considering that since Jan 2015 they are beginning with "Express Entry" program for which having a Job offer is a prerequisite.

No I myself never realised that I can't put indian embassy leter..As it says it's proof that my daughter is born there and the original birth certificate was in Arabic. Today when I read the forum of previous applications rejected I realised I have made a mistake..and I have my daughter'soriginal BC but Iin Arabic. .which I shall get translated and notarized. .my question is should I apply again with new application form..?

For resubmitting entire application.. you will need another Originals for IETS, ECA, Proof of funds/ letter, other documents etc etc.
If this is a lot of hassles then you may take a chance by sending the BC (translated + notarised) along with Exlplanation Letter. If UCI not there give your passport details etc so they can find your original submission.

No. You will receive points for the number of years of full-time work experience you have within the past 10 years that falls under skill type 0 or skill levels A or B of NOC 2011, even if not within your primary NOC. To determine how many points you will receive, check the application guide.

In addition, you must have at least one year of continuous full-time work experience in the primary NOC under which you are applying.

You might consider it, because there are cases from previous years as you have seen where this was a basis of rejection. You may consider applying again. Do you have another original IELTS and ECA? If not better get them.

Nobody knows how long it will take. CIC publishes the average processing times by visa office but this is only a guide and there is no guarantee.

Hello Seniors

Can some explain to me how the years of experience is calculated in my case NOC 2281 falls into 3 past roles I had done in the past 10years.. All together I get 6+ but the particular role I used is 2+ .

So will they count that particular role only or my total NOC 2281 years of experience in the past 10years even though it cuts across 3 different roles.
