Fee payment form has to be signed? I know it has to be signed fro Credit card but if its DD, I dont see a field to sign, please help!

Nothing to sign on the form....ONLY TICK THE OPTION OF DD and write your name in section A under Name of principal applicant

fee payment forms needs to be only signed if you are applying by Credit Card.
No need to sign for DD

Kollins, Thanks for sharing reason for application returned. Major issue I've seen is Birth certificate, Old schedule-3 and self exp letter.

They may find some problem with my application - pls give your comments.

1) No birth certificate for me & my spouse: Instead we kept, 10th marksheet, Affidavit and national id like, driving license and income tax card.

2) In schedule3-12a. Two NOC code. A forum friend mentioned two code and got visa, his exp covers two code also, now he is in Canada.

Similarly I mentioned one code in the box.. Another code I've written below the box at blank space using black pen with (OR) option.

My exp letter also cover Mechanical engineer (inside the box) OR Mfg Manager below the box.
I don't know whats going to happen, I think I should be ready with Plan-B.....

One questions for the Assets as per the form "imm0008_3e.pdf", pls help to understand...

Assets - We have an agriculture land on my father's name (For God's grace he is fine n healthy) however to get the transfer of land on my name its a long process with lot of amount spending in India. Is there any way out that I can show the same Assets in Canadian dollars in my Application?

Another question regarding the Children, we have 2 children studying in 5 and 1 classes respectively. Do we need to take any certificate from the school to add the application? what should I mention in the form i.e. under Education/Occupation details? secondary or less with 5 and 1 years respectively. Pls suggest!

we are 3 in numbers including me

if you are three and you are confident you have $19,000...
a)Assets - $19,000
b)Liabilities . $0.000 (use black pen to write)
c)Settlement of funds ($19,000)

Thats all you need...safe yourself the stress of your Assets.

Hi Guys am new here but i already filed for 1112 category and my file was received by Mike on 7th May.

Can anyone tell me if the canada office has started working on the files?

SCENARIO 1(PHD and 1/2 years experience)
On the IELTS....if she's confident she can get minimum of 7.5 bands in all for subjects....She will have atleast 22points.

Her Age will give her 12 points

Her PHD degree will give her 25 points

2 years experience will give her will give her 11 points

22+12+25+11 = 70 points or even 68 points if her year of experience is just one.

SCENARIO 2 (MSC and 6years above experience)
On the IELTS....if she's confident she can get minimum of 7.5 bands in all for subjects....She will have atleast 22points.

Her Age will give her 12 points

Her MSC degree will give her 23 points

6 years experience will give her will give her 15 points

22+12+23+15 = 72 points

Either way she qualifies!

I am new to this thread, and this is my fist post YAYYY.. First of all HUGE thanks for all the members out there helping with applicants questions. I am a little concerned about the timeline for the Capp this year , and i am not sure how quickly this can get filled (NOC 2174). I have just started the process i.e; collecting documents and booking slots for IELTS etc. If i can aim to send my application by 20th of june (exactly a month from now). Will i be safe(with in the capp)? . Can some one suggest me please? I desperately need some help here. thanks in advance will be waiting for the reply.

In the form, write in this way:
Asset : 37,200
Liabilities : Unpaid liability amount against land + 17500 [just one summation figure]
Settlement Fund = 19,000
Supporting of settlement fund is mandatory. You can also give supporting for your assets and liabilities.

Mam, it is high level HR roles you are playing and very much befitting with 0112 Human resources managers. Don't delay in sending application as I think 0112 is hot NOC.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I am to take IELTS next month (21-Jun) until then I cannot submit my application yet plus education needs to be assessed and might take time. Hopefully I can submit all requirements before end of July. Keeping fingers crossed.
