usually thats enough, i assume you have also told them the amount. With this note (amount and merchant) they will approve the transaction even before confirming with you.

in schedule 3 question 12 a. what should i write under occupation? is it the title of the NOC?? like for example NOC 3233 should i just write Licensed Practical Nurse which is the title of the NOC or just write the title of my position at work?

how about in 12b under occupation again. should i still write the title of the NOC applicable for my occupation or just my job title?

No, uner 12 B your actual title (as written on your experience letter), you will enter this same in every other place in the application

I did the same for my CC. That should be it. Also ask them if there is additional fees for international transactions.

Ask them if they will be kind enough to waive the fee if there is. No problem in just asking

Yeah there will be Forex Transaction Fee of 2% I think

In generic form, the part where CSQ is asked turned grey while filling up, should i just leave it like that or I still need to write N/A after I print it?
