HR is not agreed but i can mange from my seniors in plain paper not in company pad. In that case what to do? is still notarize is required

Head of my institute will not provide any kind of letter as m currently working there.
I have recommendation letter from my head of the department, mentioning my duties ( not all ), date of joining but salary is not included.
So I will provide Solemn Affirmation including all job duties, my salary, the reason why i have not provided it on company's letterhead and this recommendation letter.
will it work?

I have read many posts wherein members are suggesting affidavits as a substitute to reference letter from employer. Can someone please provide a link to authenticate this information.

I had read it was clearly mentioned on CIC website that affidavits stating resposnsibilities not acceptable.

No...you cant track it.
All you can do is make sure you send a well packaged application when next you are sending it.
Since it was incomplete,no updates will be on ECAS for you unless you are already in processing stage.

U will get an email from CIC which will be called PER (positive eligibility review) from the below address:

Centralized-Intake-Office <Centralized-Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca>;

It will contain the App file number and UCI...

This will ans ur ques bro...

I was reading that Birth Ceritificate should furnish all the following three:

Name
DOB
Parent/Parent's Name

Mine does everything but my Name as it says "No Name", but rest everything is in English, also i have submitted my 10th certificate as part of the package which has my complete details there. (all three). There are a lot of people who do not get a name on their BC's. But i think they would tie it to the 10th certificate if needed.??

Its so confusing, i called a consultant for suggestion, they said afidavit is not needed as you have 10th certificate to accompany your details if they need to refer. Coz your BC has your DOB and your parents name in it.

On FSW13 I have seen sevral successful applicants having affidavit with the same DOCUMENT CHECKLIST statement, u mentioned....

Here is the comment from him (digitalsphere) ---He has received his VISA on last month....

"Reference letters in the required format are necessary, please try your best to get them. If after all efforts you are unable to obtain a work reference letter, then you should provide a solemn declaration / affidavit explaining in detail why are you unable to do so. The officers at the VO are aware of the fact that different employers have different policies towards issuing such adhoc letters and may not cooperate in issuing such a letter. Please do attach all your employment records with the declaration. I was unable to obtain a work reference letter from one of my employers and did the same. However please bear in mind that the final decision rests with the visa officer handling your case."


I guess u will now have an idea....
