Please can I resend the same photos I used in 2013?

NOoooo.
Your intended passport photo must have been taken within six months of your intended submission date.
In my opinion,Do not use 2013 photo again....try to make it recent within 3 months ago.
I didn't say so....the document checklist instruction said so
I'm sure you can get wait and get passport photograph within one hour!

My daughter Birth Certificate from Municipal Corp was in Hinglish (parents name in Hindi) and my consultant forgot to translate it to English. My file is about to reach today!! Can a file get rejected because of this? MIne was in English and my wife's was in HIndi which was translated.

CIC looks for three things in Birth Certificate or any other alternate

Name of the Person
DOB
Name of Parent/Parents

Therefore, if atleast one parent's name is in English (doesn't matter if its also in Hindi). In my opinion, you should be safe. Otherwise, contact your courier agent to stop the shipment, there is high probability of it being rejected.

To save time, you can get it routed to a friend/relative in Canada, who can arrange its tranlslation.

Please allow CIC for two months to charge ur cards...As an applicant, u can wish for that, but it will give a bit sorrow once such thing does not happen...

For FSW13 cases it took similar times...And this time rush is much more than this ur...

dear all,

mistakenly i applied with forms that i uesd to filling in OCt,2013.
but found that generic application form has been updated,
when checked one-by-one i did not find any other changes except the date written in the bottom left cornet.

Does this mistake going to be a reason for the return of my document,

1.If yes can i go for multiple application with same program? I do have original WES and Ielts results.

That certificate didnt have her name mentioned(as we had not decided her name by that time) but both parents name mentioned in HIndi date of Issue is in English but DoB is in HIndi!!

Would that be fine?

I have my Ielts on 21 June 2014, I am collecting my documents for ECA. I want to apply for NOC 1112. Do you guys think if i apply by July 2nd week i will make it??? Should i even send my application??? Is there any way you can track how many application CIC has received??

Also, any good consultants in India to help one process the application faster.
