Is there any guide from cic if current company is not giving any reference letter. What is the alternative?

Well I don;t know there is any alternative for this. But what you can do is, try attaching your appointment letter which contains your roles and responsibility and try to collect reference letter from any of your senior that will suffice. !

I dont think so, for following reasons

1. DOB in Hindi
2. Parents Name in Hindi
3. Missing child name

Check with senior member who has faced a situation where Birth Certificate does not have child name. In any case, Parent Name (at least one parent's) and DOB should be in English. Otherwise it need to be translated.

Date of issue being in english, is not relevant. In my opinion, it is similar to a B.C which is totally in Hindi.

That certificate didnt have her name mentioned(as we had not decided her name by that time) but both parents name mentioned in HIndi date of Issue is in English but DoB is in HIndi!!

Would that be fine?

Here u go:

"Reference letters in the required format are necessary, please try your best to get them. If after all efforts you are unable to obtain a work reference letter, then you should provide a solemn declaration / affidavit explaining in detail why are you unable to do so. The officers at the VO are aware of the fact that different employers have different policies towards issuing such adhoc letters and may not cooperate in issuing such a letter. Please do attach all your employment records with the declaration. I was unable to obtain a work reference letter from one of my employers and did the same. However please bear in mind that the final decision rests with the visa officer handling your case."


U can submit below Sample affidavit for the alternate work reference/job description letter:

I have that letter and I shall enclose the notarized copy of the same.

I have my Ielts on 21 June 2014, I am collecting my documents for ECA. I want to apply for NOC 1112. Do you guys think if i apply by July 2nd week i will make it??? Should i even send my application??? Is there any way you can track how many application CIC has received??

Also, any good consultants in India to help one process the application faster.

It is very likely you are going to make it by 2nd week of july even for NOC 1112
Should i even send my application??? Why not... There is nothing much to loose, even if CAP reaches only money you lose is courier and WES fees.
Is there any way you can track how many application CIC has received?? You can get idea idea from below link..but mind it not all received applications are error free...and this is where others get advantage, also this sheet only represents members on this foum. so speed up as fast as you can.

From oct,2013, i could see only changes in generic application form and use of representative,
As i didn't use agent, use of representative form is not a concern for me,

When check the generic the only change is in the date,
Although other forms are not written updated since oct, 2013 but when
i checked inside still i could see changes in dates only of checklist and schedule form.

Form the blog i found some application get returned due to use of old scheudle form,

I dont know what kind of application they used,

So finally CIC declared new opening from 1st May -2014.

I have created this thread for helping each other --could be anything-form filling up,POF queries,mental support etc .

Since this year 50 category will be open having a max cap of 1000, so this will bring more opportunity to be a successful applicant for an period.

This yr, there are several financial NOCs with 1000 CAP...So chances are not that much low...

Obviously u should send ur docs....

So far thread Spreadshett is the most dependent source...U can assume around 20-25 % of world applicants are on here...so calculate urself then..

Yes according to the instruction in the guideline.

Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.
Note: An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document. Translators who are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an affidavit.

Important information. Translations by family members are not acceptable.

Certified true copies

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
the name of the original document,
the date of the certification,
his or her name,
his or her official position or title, and
his or her signature"

Don't worry about omission of your native name......it's not a ground for denial or rejection.
Besides ,you can not send your additional forms to cic via mail......it will not be honoured.
There is even little assurance even if you courier it to them.
Like I say,don't worry about the omission........it won't count against you.

They will send u a PER email containing ur file number and UCI...(on an avg it will take 2 month more)

After then u can track ur application by below link called ECAS...

For WES and CIC do I need to send official transcripts reieved from college, or can I take copies of my college marksheets and my degree certificates and have them attested by the university.
I am a bit confused between official transcripts and marksheet copies.

Relax brother....

Yes on last year, due to old Schedule 3 - Economic Class - imm0008_3e form some applicant was denied...

but on that case the newer form has massive change including ECA addition and Spouse IELTS detail addition....Thats why they denied...

And the good thing is that, those who have sent the old Schedule 3 form, they also sent the old Generic form (since this two forms has changed in a similar time)....But CIC has not denied for old dated Generic Form (atleast as per FSW13 thread members)...As old and new ver had no changes...

So calm down....

As per my experience ur file will not be returned....
