URGENT :Can anyone provide me fax number and email id for cic?I have to send some correction immediately.

1.This is feasible.....both of you can apply separately as principal applicants.

2.It simply means the first valid 1000 applications and not just the firstly submitted applications.

3.Life itself is a risk and so you can not afford to give up because of time.Organize ECA for you and your spouse immediately.Register for IELTS immediately for both of you......I'm sure you will make it both.

The only other hiccup i face now is that the funds (collectively for both) are in my account and not my wife s (i can tranfer the relevant amount to her account right away but will that bank statement be enough for her since it ll reflect funds coming in just a month back, assuming we shoot our applications within 1 month from now?). :-X

In question no 8 Background history IMM5669E Schedule A BckGrd dec there is something called
personal history.In the personal history activity coloumn can I just put service or
I need to put the designation of the service? The reason why I am asking is that my company changed
my designations many times. Some of them I even donot have track.

Seniors please advise.

For the field, " Immigration Office Requested for processing this application " , applicants from India should write only Newdelhi, India or Chennai, India is also valid ?

Unfortunately ....this will not work as cic does not entertain mail receipts of documents.

I want to know the approximate number of months after which I can expect the AOR, CC Charged and PER.

And, my most important question. When I will be asked to give PCC? I mean after how many months. I am asking this because I have lived in US for more than 6 months and to get the US PCC through FBI, it used to take 2-4 months till last year. And, as per my knowledge, when the VO asks for PCC, I guess he gives us a specified amount of time to provide the PCC. Please reply.
 
Sir this is just ridiculous of WES
Now the status has changed and it says as follows:

University-Issued Mark Sheets:
What was submitted: Academic transcripts sent directly to WES in the manner specified for this country

Status: Not Acceptable
Resubmit document(s) according to WES requirements

What are they doing??? in first place they are saying that documents have been received in the manner specified. On the contrary, they are saying Re-submit according to WES.

Regarding your proof of fund,you don't need to transfer the fund into her account for both of your individual application as it's the source of fund is permitted to come from one of the couples provided they are legally married.
All you need do is print both of your statement of accounts however little fund she has in it........make 2 photocopies of each of yours and your spouse and pair them part into your application package.......it will work.
You can check the instruction regarding this on the document checklist.
However ,there is no penalty if you transfer the fund to her account too and use back certificate.......just trying to make you beat time and avoid unnecessary worries.

Hi seniors,any guesses as to when cc/dd s will get charged this yr.if anyone has a recollection of when it started happening last year ,it might bring peace to a number of anxious minds.

The instruction here says you should write the occupation or job tittle.
Since you were with your company,i'm sure you will be able to write either of the two under activity.
