I am working as a Business Analyst for over 4years. I have completed my MBA. I checked that the WES website, accepts the MBA from college, I should get 23 points for education.

Based on my tentative calculations, I should be able to get the minimum required points.

My question is given that I have not got the required certification/approval from WES as well as not got my IELTS test done. Should I try to start applying for the Canadian PR under FSW?

Would It be too late to start the process on my own? I researched and have all required documents. But I feel the CAP under 2171 (Business Analyst) will be reached by the time I submit for the process.

Any pointers will be helpful. : :

Also, I would need pointers on how to go about the process of getting the documents ready for WES for Mumbai University degree

you can try now, this year we got limit of 1000 for each cap. for wes it take 2 to 3 weeks. for ielts it take 2 weeks too. so you have plenty of chances this yr.

My wife was working for a bank she has resigned before marriage and now she is not working and nothing has been decided about the job she wants to pursue if FSW goes through.... experts please comment.

Hello Seniors,

I have question on birth certificate. I have submitted birth certificate issued by Indian High Commission, South Africa along with my SSC certificate.
But, I have seen somewhere in the forum, CIC did not accepted Indian High Commision birth certificate and returned the application.
I am bit worried about this. Please can some one advise on this?

Well there have been instances where High Commission Birth Certificate has been rejected (possibly it is deemed to be prepared from Passport), however, SSC certificate is acceptable alternate if it contains

1. Your Name
2. DOB
3 Parent/Parents Name

Therefore, if ur SSC certificate conforms to the above criteria, no need to worry.

Opinion poll guys and expert and honest advise needed.........A TEAM LEAD QA or LEAD QA Analyst should go for which NOC ?
Can any body share the roles and responsibilities which they prepared and already applied for FSW 2014

anybody came across or implemented what i am going to say next...........can we use the roles or duties mention on hrsdc website cause HR will ask to list down the duties which should be approved by manager and hrbp and send to the concerned people who in turn would out it on letter head and sign it?

Any specific duties need to be mentioned if working as a lead or something ?

Better fasten your credit Card on " MH370" !!

Last year, a few applicant's cards were stolen; they suspend the cards and later realize there is no way to inform and provide new credit card information.

So, another approach of using credit card could be throw the credit card into deep ocean or deep into amazon jungle so no one can ever steal it.

They will directly charge the payment as per last year cases.
For CC you will notify by sms or statement email.
For DD you have ask your bank from where you make DD again and again after 30-40 days.

In this case CC payment ia better and fast.

I need advice on the following questions please.

Form IMM0008ENU:
Question 4: Immigration office requested? For Oman, Pakistan Immigration office is London/UK? Please confirm.
Question 6: Where do u intend to live in Canada? I am not sure at this stage. So what should I mention?
Question 10: Current country of residence? I am on work visa in another country (valid for 2 yrs) and have a resident card , so what should I write in this section? Worker? Other? Foreign National? Please advice.
National Identity Document? Here should I mention my ID of place of birth or my current residence country's ID card?

Schedule A form:
Question 7: Education: Elementary/primary school counts from class 1? Or Kg1 and kg2 also count?
Question 12: It says list all Addresses that u have stayed from 18th b'day onwards. Here, DO I have to mention each and every country with dates that I visited along with their addresses? I mean vacations etc that I went that also I have to mention?

Lastly, I am single (Unmarried), so do I have to fill the “Additional Dependant Form IMM0008DEP”.

Any help regarding the above shall be appreciated.

If ur living in oman ur visa office is london... also ur national identity card is ur overseas pakistani card as I believe ur a pakistani.. also u should attach a copy of ur omani resident card for ur proof of admission to the country ur applying from in ur case that's oman... im a pakistani n I applied from oman

You can put the exactly same thing. In case, you don't have enough space in the form, you can add additional pages. On the top of additional page, write your name, DOB, passport number, name of the form, and write the number of the question you are giving details.

One of the title classifies elsewhere fits 100%, which is noc 6222

What is classified elsewhere ?

So now i am not getting whether i can apply for noc 0113 or not
