I would like to know about few points here as I am filling up the application myself,
1) I am a bit unsure between Not Applicable and leaving out blank matter. If a section does not apply for me, will I have to write "N/A" in the heading only or will have to write in all the sub sections too. For example, in the background declaration form in section 10 ( Government Position) which does not apply to me, how will I fill up this section?
2) As they say the form should not be left incomplete, in the Economic class form in question 7(c) which asks "Is your spouse or common partner proficient in English/French?", what should I do as I am single? Should I leave out blank or tick NO as there is no option to indicate not applicable.
