Additional family Information - It was written on form to mention name of Family person in ENGLISH as well as LOCAL language just next to it (no seperate box)


I mentioned in English BUT FORGOT to mention LOCAL Language ... Will this be a problem ? WORRIED :-X

Never heard anybody rejected for not writing name in Native language. Still care should be given to fill the from completely according to instructions. Relax. Hopefully when your file moves into VO, send the revised/complete form with cover letter.

Hii experts.. I am applying for purchasing manager noc 0113.. When i check the details about this noc .

One of the title classifies elsewhere fits 100%, which is noc 6222

What is classified elsewhere ?

So now i am not getting whether i can apply for noc 0113 or not

Please give your suggestions

If your job duties matches with NOC 6222 and not NOC 0113, it means your role is not managerial position and you are not eligible.

Ensure while submitting your experience letters that your duties matches at least 70% of the duties mentioned at NOC 0113.

Classified elsewhere means those are related jobs and NOT same job though a few of the duties could be same.

I would like to know about few points here as I am filling up the application myself,

1) I am a bit unsure between Not Applicable and leaving out blank matter. If a section does not apply for me, will I have to write "N/A" in the heading only or will have to write in all the sub sections too. For example, in the background declaration form in section 10 ( Government Position) which does not apply to me, how will I fill up this section?

2) As they say the form should not be left incomplete, in the Economic class form in question 7(c) which asks "Is your spouse or common partner proficient in English/French?", what should I do as I am single? Should I leave out blank or tick NO as there is no option to indicate not applicable.

Would a 10th class certificate work as a birth certificate?

"Alternatives to birth certificate are as follows in CIC's own words

We do accept Secondary school records that contain the following :

Applicant's Name
Date of Birth
Name of Parent/Parents

If you are not able to provide a Birth certificate with all 3 criteria, we require an affidavit stating all of this information or that a Birth certificate cannot be attained.

So 10th standard school certificate or an affidavit containing applicants name, date of birth and Parent/Parents name should be fine in lieu of a birth certificate. Also you must give reason in a cover letter why you were not able to provide birth certificate and that you are providing 10th standard school certificate / affidavit in lieu of birth certificate."

If I send an application after the cap reached and the CIC send back my package due to the cap reached, are they going to charge the $1100 that we are going to send in the package as processing fee? Or they will also give it back. Thanks for your reply.

No, it is a very clumsy approach. Did you attach this with the form and again provide the experience letter in Experience section? If yes, you will probably get away with this.

and they might deem your application incomplete.
depends upon Immigration officer, how they see it.

if it is possible to call back your app package (Call Courier company), then do it.
and rectify. else you can only pray.

or wait for reply from some person, with similar case.

1. I had travelled to Qatar for business purpose for 8 days in 2010. I have mentioned this information in supplementary travels form. However, do I need to mention this in section 8 of background / declaration form too ? It is covered under my current employment duration for which I was stationed within my country (India).

2. What to write in 'Status in Country' in background / declaration form for section 8 if I was within my own country ? Should I leave it blank or write 'citizen' ?

3. For the forms that are filled online, is it necessary to write N/A in every box which we could not fill up online after printing them ? (e.g. generic app form)

Last year my friend from Chandigarh received report in 12days after WES completed the report and sent by standard mail.
so i guess more or less same time.

2174 is hot NOC in the list. There are possibilities that you will make it in if your application reach first week of June. Make it ASAP.
