Hi Guys,

Could some more people share thoughts or idea on the blow. Any news they have will be helpful

If my wife is applying in NOC for HR - Manager, and includes me in her application, and since I am qualifying in another NOC, can I make a separate application under Electronic Technologist category and include her in it. Will both applications get rejected at a later stage since we are both included in each others applications. I have heard from some people that the application may get rejected at Local VO if they find duplicate applications for visa.

Seniors can you advise...Sorry for being pushy but I need to know if I need to get an ECA done. Else it will be of no use and I also stand a risk of application being rejected

No you have to apply with one application at one time. otherwise both will be rejected on Visa office stage.

OK, i have the same scenario with some of the friends discussing above.

My old passport has expired with which i had my IELTS. So what i have to do is, just provide my IELTS original score sheet with copies of old and new passports together. and its not necessary to attach a cover letter explaining the situation (isn't is??)

Dear Ashif/admin, plz justify ......

Yes it not necessary to attach covering letter.

first of all cicnews.com is not official cic website, but it is quite reliable. Again point 5 talks about 2 applications file by same person under 2 different NOC if they find themselves fit into both the NOCs.

However it is not clear how would cic treat each of the application. They might ask you to revoke either of them at later stage. So it is better to concentrate on 1 application

Nope brother, Not at all...Both will not be rejected...

CIC will ask to the applicant whose file is more ahead compare to other spouse's file....To withdraw his/her application...

I have closely observed one case from London Visa office in which Husband and wife has applied on two NOC on FSW13. wife's application went faster and London VO has asked permission to them to withdraw one application (husband's)....

CIC sent PER (App number+UCI) to both of them earlier of this permission....

But my suggestion is not to apply for both although each of u are eligible..Be confident with urself...:)

I hope all confusion will be cleared now...:)

Out of 350+ applications received as per spreadsheet... 90+ have been received on 7th may 2014..

Guys u all are champ here ,

I have asked and searched many times..But getting confused every time

I have family of 3. Almost need 18k CAD for application .

1. Have almost 15K in Bank but has got EMI for my home going monthly (800k CAD ) 40000 INR
2. My house price is almost 90K (CAD) but has loan of 80k(CAD)
3. I have PF of 6K (CAD)

Conclusion is So overall I have money to show as settelment funds without showing my home as asset but if they will ask statement, it will show EMI. Hence they can consider it as liability. My Question is whether i should show property or leave it ..As they need only bank certificate not statement but risk is what if they ask in future.

n if I show property as asset my funds will be more ..Will it strengthen the appl/

What do u suggest Ashif

Brother,

Since u have the liabilities then u should show ur assets for which u a r underlying of this liabilities...

In this case i can suggest u to show both asset (including house)and liabilities...

Also if u can do then--Please include few more bank asset volume....It will strengthen the Proof of fund since ur liabilities are high and bank balances are most strong settlement fund compare to PF...

Thts what is my opinion...:)

Good luck...

as long as you have 18k+ CAD lying as unencumbered funds in your accounts , you should be good to go.

since the funds that you are not unencumbered as you have the liability(home mortgage) you should declare it to CIC.
Also show the valuation of the property as an asset. I heard New delhi VO do not consider property as proof of fund, so by the time your file reaches NDVO try to accumalate 18+ CAD in your bank accounts.

Hi,

I was looking to take up IELTS test I am from new delhi.

But recently on searching came to know that IELTS is held on 48 dates per year on a center and the next date falls in end of june almost

19 Jun 2014 New Delhi
21 Jun 2014 New Delhi
28 Jun 2014 New Delhi
10 Jul 2014 New Delhi
12 Jul 2014 New Delhi
19 Jul 2014 New Delhi

Also I am not sure whether to go for academic of GT

but as 19th June is quiet far and it takes 13 days to know the result. Guess by then the caps will be filled especially the 2174(programmers and designers) >:(

Please suggest!
