In tht case u take either affidavit or check below:

"Alternatives to birth certificate are as follows in CIC's own words

We do accept Secondary school records that contain the following :

Applicant's Name
Date of Birth
Name of Parent/Parents

If you are not able to provide a Birth certificate with all 3 criteria, we require an affidavit stating all of this information or that a Birth certificate cannot be attained.

So 10th standard school certificate or an affidavit containing applicants name, date of birth and Parent/Parents name should be fine in lieu of a birth certificate. Also you must give reason in a cover letter why you were not able to provide birth certificate and that you are providing 10th standard school certificate / affidavit in lieu of birth certificate."

As I advised him same to notarised/ affidavit of your birth certificate, lawyer will retype your entire birth certificate and club your father's name into that. It take hardly 1 day to issue that .

Hii i need a advise for my fried who' all duties match in noc 0111 financial manager but he has reference letter for the post of Assistant Manager Operation and this designation is not in job title given in that noc..
Please help what to do...

You need to look for the closest match to the NOC with the position and duties.

Just an Idea on those who are applying ECA through WES:

I got an email from WES that my evaluation is already complete
May 5- Submitted through DHL
May 8 - Received by WES
May 12- They emailed that they received and evaluation in progress
May 16 - Received an email that it is Complete

I checked the site and it is already in transit.

Same day submitted but my evaluation status is still in progress from last 10 days....can u please tell me whats wrong in my evaluation process...

DOc Checklist at point 12- is clearly stating "COPY"..

So please submit the copy not the original version...

I got msg from fedex that the docs got delivered on 14th May.
15th May status on wes website was : docs received review in progress
17th May status on wes website was : evaluation in progress and also received a mail saying it wud take till 27th May.

Hope they don't delay further.

Guys u all are champ here ,

I have asked and searched many times..But getting confused every time

I have family of 3. Almost need 18k CAD for application .

1. Have almost 15K in Bank but has got EMI for my home going monthly (800k CAD ) 40000 INR
2. My house price is almost 90K (CAD) but has loan of 80k(CAD)
3. I have PF of 6K (CAD)

Conclusion is So overall I have money to show as settelment funds without showing my home as asset but if they will ask statement, it will show EMI. Hence they can consider it as liability. My Question is whether i should show property or leave it ..As they need only bank certificate not statement but risk is what if they ask in future.

n if I show property as asset my funds will be more ..Will it strengthen the appl/

Thanks ashif and rameez...hope is get eca report at the earliest. Rest of the application is all set. Will send PCC later ...I will just attached the acknowledgement of PCC along with my app.

In everything is fine , then u will get the evaluation done and they will start to courier before this day ....

Out thread member, Abnormaldehyde has the same scenario... His stated date was 21st May...But already couriered...

You forward a copy of your certificate and academic transcripts along with the original copy of your ECA result.

that's what i did.. only includes the ECA, copy of university transcript, diploma and graduation certificate

do you have an idea when do they inquire on your bank about the proof of funds? Is it in 3-6 months after application?

Its totally depends....Its a random applicant check...

And also it depends up to Local VO's processing time...Some VO ask query for POF after 3 yrs...Some have after 6-7 months...

And a low % of applicant have bank query..since its a random check (alreaddy mentioned)...

Is it ok to submit a passport that would be exipred on november 2014? My spouse's passport renewed but unfortunately there was a delay in processing. I already have a UCI number. Is it ok if i send a new passport separately? Thanks

I suggest you to get your passport renewed before submitting.

Hi Guys,

i am also applying under FSW 2014, there is one confusion, do we need to submit the Original IELTS Certificate and PCC or the Notary tested Copy of it. Seniors please help me or provide me any link so that i can check details.

You have to submit original IELTS & PCC. But i suggest you to submit PCC on later stage when your visa office will demands.
