>:( >:( >:( >:(Hi Wael.ot,

Please read carefully on What "Faithful100" has written.

Without present local legal permit, How can fill the Start and End date of current country of residence?
Without this the "Validate" will not be successful. Without validation CIC will not accept generic IMM008 form.
Thats the end of Story.

If the old permit dates are entered(which expired last year) and validation is done, Be in VO place and think,
Would you ever accept them being more than six months old?
Now this is applicable to people who are away from the country of nationality atleast for six months/year.
If her husband get Business Permit after 3 months from now, How can VO be informed on this? If her husband is not working currently(presumably), How can it be proved latter with addendum documentation? It's complicated right?

So, my advice to you, Please ask basic probing questions, get the information and advice.
I already sense that "faithful100" is a little worried, with repetition of messages(Presumably)
So, Please Do not advise in a Jiffy, without knowing the relevant information.

I think you should be more calm dear. It is so easy, I replied according to givens, so if you gives me a small part of facts, do you anticipate me to search for the rest. No problem dear, do whatever you believe, just be more calm :)

Yes.
This is what you will do......
Include both the photocopies of the old and new passports in your application package not forgetting the original copy of the IELTS result.
IMPORTANT>..Write a cover letter to explain the whole situation.Your cover letter will/may state that you wrote your IELTS exam when the former passport was still valid and that you just renew it after expiry which is why you include the new international passport.
Don't forget that you will fill the passport number of the new/renewed passport in your generic form....which is why you need to explain what made you do it.
This is my personal experience and i went through without any problem.

Please sign and date the cover letter.
Cheers!

If you forget to follow what ever said by kollins also, its not problem . Visa office will check your new passport copy and thr that they will come to know your old passport no which is present on ur IELTS ;D

my app. already received at cio on 12th but i dont know whether my consultant wrote a cover letter or not. i just hope he might know how to handle this situation, he is iccrc member by the way.

Hi all,

I have a question regarding to the calculation of the points for work experience in recent 10 years.

If my current occupation is under NOC code 2171, in which I have 4-year experience, and I have 5-year experience under NOC code 2174 before that, can all these years be considered as a work experience?

Question for senior members/ those who went through the FSW process in 2013:

I was just browsing the FSW 2013 spreadsheet, and I noticed that several members that year have had their visa interviews waived. Under what circumstances does the VO waive visa interviews?

Do we have to send the original english translation or copy of that with notarization will work?

CIC will consider ONLY the years of experience for primary NOC. IE: to add the 9 years together, you should mention the same NOC and your job description in each occupation must match that for primary NOC

It should not be a problem as the officers are educated.
You are safe!
Cheers!

ok, thanks for the reply.
but if my job description for those 5 years is more matching with 2174, can I just write it under 2171?

You will have your maximum point provided you can provide reference letters for your current (4 years) and previous (5 years) in the required format as stated in the document checklist.
Cheers!

Notorized copy and a photocopy of the native original (untranslated) is advisable.

You can write if it matches, just read it in details and then take your decision.
BTW, we are debating about two extra points. Do you in need for those points?? If not don't care because CIC is looking just for who pass 67 points. Simply, getting 67 points equals to getting 100 points

Guys,
I am filling out the Background Declaration. the form has a filled for date of deceased (if applicable). I cannot put NA in the filled as it accepts numbers only. Is it okay to leave it blank or Il write with a pen?

guys, thank for answers, but which one can be considered as correct? :)

I need to put all 9 experience under a single NOC = 15 points for experience?
Or if I provide reference letters for both of them under different NOCs = 15 points for experience?
