Are u telling that some part of ur Name is missing on ur Work ref letter?

Or the ref letter convention is different...although full name exist on there?

Let us know...

i mean
my name is tina singh sandhu

where tina singh is my first & middle name , sandhu is my surname

all my id's(including passport, birth certificate, etc) & certificates(10th,12th, degrees) have tina singh in given name but surname is blank "means sandhu is not mentioned in surname"
but in my work exp letters... my complete name tina singh sandhu is mentioned or some where tina sandhu is mentioned...

would it be a problem... Do i need to click the column for "have u been called by any other name" in generic form..
or its fine.

Hello!

I am spouse of the Principal applicant. In my 10th standard marksheets/certificates, my name is written as "XXXXXXXXAM", whereas actual name should be "XXXXXXXX". Extra two letters at the end of the name are added by mistake, though the name does not sound unusal if it is spoken in my native language. All other educational certificates/birth certificates, carry proper name as "XXXXXXXX". Will it anyway, negatively affect the assessment of our application?

Regards

To be on safer side, You can submit an affidavit(Notarized) by you, for same name person.

Does not work, Even after update, i check back 15minutes latter, still my entry not there in the fswp2013 spreadheet
Also, NOC Code 2146 not there, Only 2145 is there, twice.
So, I have chosen 2145.
Can this be rectified please
I've contacted the FSW2013 ADMINs...they will soon rectify it and i'll get back to you.

Hi Seniors. Please advise.

I reside ina country outside my country of nationality. My husbands permit for the country we reside in has expired, although he has filed in for an extension.

I am the principal applicant and i have one years work permit in my present country. Can i still submit an application, seeing that my husband does not have a valid permit for where we live.

Can i submit receipts to show he has filed in for a renewal or should i wait until his permit is out.

Hi Achiever,

Do they keep record of your last year application as well ? Like your company name duration , role etc ?
Do you have any idea about the information of records they keep with themselves even if they have returned your file

Experts any updates ??

Hi all,

I have a question regarding to the calculation of the points for work experience in recent 10 years.

If my current occupation is under NOC code 2171, in which I have 4-year experience, and I have 5-year experience under NOC code 2174 before that, can all these years be considered as a work experience?

When filling application, You should mention your name as Tina Singh (Given Names as per Passport). as you said, you don't have Surname in passport,
As per CIC guidelines, You can fill Tina Singh in Surname cells of forms. and leave blank Given names.(Search "Surname" in CIC website)
even if you don't do it, CIC officer will do .

and you should mention Tina Singh(Given Name) Sandhu(Surname) where they have asked for if you have known by any other name.

Plus you should prepare one affidavit (Notarized) for Same name person declaring Tina Singh, Tina Singh Sandhu and Tina Sandhu is same name person.
and you can can mention that in your company, it is mandatory to use surname thats why Sandhu have been added in LORs.
but your official name is Tina Singh as per your Passport and other documents.

It depends brother....I guess no one can confirm u...Coz Its totally up to cic...If they start to process ur file on the edge of CAP reaching time and after that when they observe tht CAP filled up with other applicants ...In this case, ur application may have a record....But for some other cases like CAP has already reached and ur file has reached after tht, CIC may not keep the record...

Good luck.

Hi Guys,

I was completing "Economic Classes" Form, and I hung on question 12.

The problem is, that I have been employed by 2 companies for 3.5 and 2 years accordingly.
The NOC code for my all 5.5 years of experience is the same (under which I'm going to apply).
I have had 3 different job titles in my first company, like:
R&D Technician,
R&D Engineer 1,
R&D Engineer 2.

And, I have had 2 different job titles in my last company, like:
CAD engineer,
Senior S/W Engneer

What do you think should I mention in 12a question under the primary occupation? Should it be from one of my job titles, or it can be general occupation name, like "Engineering" ?
Another question, should I list all my job titles in 12b with their descriptions like they are in reference letter?
Or, can I only mention one occupation, like "Engineering", all my 5.5 years of experience combined as one date, as my all occupations fall under the same NOC.

Experts, please advise.

Thanks.

i am also applied on 28th April bt still in "waiting for the verification from institution " state..

Dont know what to do...

I guess you should talk with your university controller/registrar. WES sent a mail to your university for verification but your university responsible probably overlooked it.

Dear friends,

Could someone help me to fill out "Economic Classes" form. Particularly I have some concerns about question 12.

I worked in 3 different companies and hold overall 8 positions. All positions are corresponding to 2173 NOC, under which I am going to apply.

Question 1:
in 12-> b section, should I write all 8 positions /with appropriate job titles and timing info/ so far, or I should fill only 3 gaps, according to 3 companies in which I worked.

Question 2:
in 12-> a section, should I write one of the job titles mentioned by me in 12-> a section, or it is correct to put exactly the same title as in NOC2173?

Hope I will get clear answer and will complete this form. :)

Thanks in advance
