Do you mean I should include all the trips between the country of residence and country of origin?

To make it simple, Let's assume that you are living in Singapore for past 7 years hence Singapore is your country of residence.
and your country of Origin is India, since you hold Indian passport. OK?
Now while filling Form,
You should mention like this

From To Length Destination Purpose

2013-10 2013-11 15 days New Delhi, India To visit parents/Family

2012-03 2012-03 20 days New Delhi, India To visit parents/Family/Business

and so on......if you cannot list all trips you made in last 10 years then use extra sheet and list it.
don't forget to verify this with immigration stamps in your passport and double check after finishing.

Hope it is helpful to you

Good luck this time.......................

Morning guys,

I would be giving IELTS next month 1st week. By the time I get the score it will be mid June. Do you think I stand a chance to apply this year for the NOC 2281 ?

I am filling out the applicaiton for Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers and Background Declaration.

In Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers pdf,

I am not able to type Occupation fully as there is not enough space to do so. Can I type the whole document (except the Occupation field) and print, then fill just that section by hand?

Also, in Background/Declaration, there is not enough space to list all school information in the same sheet. I see that we can attach a seperate sheet. It does not mention however, if its a blank sheet of paper or the same page printed out twice.

Please answer the question

Friend, I am also applying for the same NOC by at least next week, and I am terrified already. Try to expedite your process.
See if you can travel and give the test somewhere else in the next city perhaps, if its not available in your city.

Is it listed anywhere we can use a A4 sheet or the pdf sheet (same page)?
I can not find it anywhere.

Last year similar NOC 2147 was filled on July 4th with 300 being CAP. Yes you have a chance till july end with 1000 being CAP..
In the mean while once you have taken IELTS test collect all the other documents and keep them ready..

Good luck with your application.
