Hi,

I have few queries related to ECA for FSW. Please help me in understanding the points mentioned below:
1. I am a graduate of B.tech Biotechnology but working in IT-software field and having 2.4 yrs of experience in the same. Should I send only my B.Tech (Biotechnology) degree credentials for assessment to WES or I should include my current resume also detailing my work experience?

2. Does WES use Standard Mail via Canada Post for sending ECA reports to the candidate to any country other than US or Canada? How much time generally does Standard Mail via Canada Post takes for ECA report delivery to the candidate for the country like India?

2. Standard Snail mail from canada to india might be three weeks to deliver.
Y don't you go for international express, worth spending, u get it in 3-5 days

In IMM5562E (Supplementary Information Your Travels),
Its mentioned "to list all tripds made outside the country of origin or of residence in the last ten years. If you or your family member did not travel outside of your country during this period, check "did not travel"

I have only travelled back and forth the country of origin and residence.

What should I answer here?

In your case, You should refer your trips from country of residence to country of origin.

Hi Experts,

I am a FSW 2014 applicant. I applied last year but my file was returned because the cap reached limit. This year, my file has already reached CIC today and I just realized that in form IMM5669e background declaration Personal History section, although I mentioned details without any gap, including the information when I was in my homeland India and when I was in USA for my work assignments on work visa but I forgot to mention the days I visited other countries (UK for 3 days and Canada for a week) from USA while I was still out of India and still on USA work visa.

However, I have mentioned all travels including USA work, UK and Canada tourism visits in another form IMM5562 supplementary info travels.

My question is, would not mentioning tourism visits in IMM5669e personal history cause rejection of my application? Should I send another courier to CIC with the modified form by including these visits information. Please advise. Thanks.

Dude if you had checked last year's archives, there were several people who had couriered some form or the other with a covering note. In your case you do have the UCI number to revert back to them. I would suggest based on last year's archives to resubmit the specific form with a proper cover letter. I couldn't find any rejection from any of those people listed( Unless something major missing or inaccurate), almost all their issues were rectified by the immigration office, be it missing document or invalid payment form. I don't think the immigration people are so inconsiderate.

Not required to attach Spouse academic documents it is no where mentioned in the Application Guide.

Hi everyone,

for the past two days we were having some weird technical issues with the spreadsheet: old duplicate entries were suddenly appearing (as some of you noticed), and admins couldn't reliably edit entries directly in the spreadsheet for those of you who were asking, as some of the admin changes have been randomly resetting back to the old values submitted by you through the form long time ago.
These are clearly Google Forms bugs, and they were really dangerous, as they were jeopardizing all admin efforts on keeping the spreadsheet clean and updated.

Today I've been working all day on a workaround for that, and I've implemented it, but there are some bad news: for the fix, I had to sacrifice all edit links that currently exist. It means, next time you open your edit link, you'll see empty fields and you'll have to re-enter your information (you can actually copy it from the spreadsheet). Sorry for that! At least it happened for a very noble cause, the Google Forms issue is resolved now and won't cause any more trouble for us.

This is a one-time thing and we promise we'll do everything so that this does not happen again

So nothing was affected except for your edit links, and maybe some of the entries which were edited manually by admins. If you were asking admins to update your info, please check if your requested change is there.

I am filling out the applicaiton for Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers and Background Declaration.

In Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers pdf,

I am not able to type Occupation fully as there is no space to do so. Can I type the whole document and print, then fill jus that section by hand?

Also, in Background/Declaration, there is not enough space to list all school information in the same sheet. I see that we can attach a seperate sheet. It does not mention however, if its a blank sheet of paper or the same page printed out twice.

Please answer the question

Now i have to apply for this year's FSW program and m worried that can i apply with new email and address as i have to mention the UCI in my application...

Please help on this..
