How this can be true? will the consultants have access to immigration department's data? I don't think so, I believe it is fake...

Thanks a ton gs 123

Feels relaxed a bit now.

@ Snowboy

I have always tried to convince myself about that but like it or not, the fact is that there are indeed reputed and licensed consultants who have some inside information. For instance, i visited the facebook page of a very prominent Immigration consultant and if i can recall my memory correctly, on 15th April 2014 (i don't exactly remember the date), they updated following status on their FB page:

" CIC will start accepting applications under (Certain NOC codes) for FSWP from 1st of May 2014, please contact us to start your process today"

Honestly, deep down my heart, i trusted their prediction because of their great reputation built around years of expertise. Anyhow, as they say, the rest is history. So you can't always rule out statements from consultants.

May I asked who is that consultant?? name pls?

Because even owner of this forum "Campbell Cohen Law Firm Inc." did not indicate that even though they are trusted law firm for CIC.

Dear seniors,
Regarding WES:
I have Bcom and MBA. Should I get transcripts for both or just MBA would do.

CIC will consider highest level of qualification, which is MBA for your case. But it is better to get assessment for both the degrees.

PLSSS REPLYYY... UREGNT

To show Work Experience I thought experience/relieving certificates from previous companies + offer letter will be sufficient. But I
noticed today & realized that we need to issue "letter of reference" from all employers in last 10 years with prescribed format.

I have some confusion about the same & have below queries:

1) Do i need to visit all my previous company's to get "Letter of Reference"?
OR
Experience/relieving & offer letter I already have from previous company's would be sufficient, since copy of work contracts & copies of pay stubs is mentioned as additional documents? Please clarify.

2) If yes(need to issue new "Letter of Reference") from all companies, do i need to get "Letter of reference" from current company as well? Since it will be little problematic disclosing company that i am applying for PR.

Please REPLY.

Thanks

Bottom line is- your duties and responsibilities of work should match with your primary NOC.
If it does not match then yes, you need to make the letters containing duties and get that stamped and signed from your employers.

For current employer- you can get letter from HR OR your reporting manager. If at all being verified later, then s/he should confirm your position. :D

yes, agreed.

Hi,

I recently came to know about the FSWP of Canada 2014. I am a software engineer(automation QA). I briefly went through theier process on the Canadian immigration website...and a few things that come to my mind are

1)Am I already too late for the process?

2)Can I apply individually or via a consultant like Y-Axis? asking for rs 80,000 +the mandatory fee for the VISA(around 1456 CAD)

3)ECA? Can I get it done through WES easily as an individual?

4)How to prepare for IELTS? and whats a good score?

and is there any timeline for submission of the application? and what if the sub-cap for software engineers and designers is already reached? if canadian authorities get more than the applications sub cap number, WOULD THERE BE A LOTTERY? and at what possible stages application could be rejected?

and will my fee be refunded in which of the possible cases of rejection?

Hi Kafil,
could you please share the link to this "another thread" you're referring to?
Without the source, this information doesn't look very useful, especially because it's remarkably similar to our "Apps by NOC" sheet. It probably looks more like someone's attempt to estimate the number of applications, but even then the estimation logic is unclear.

Does it any negative impact sending application without PCC? I want to send application without PCC. Because collecting PCC will delay 10 days more for submission. What it could be written in explanation to CIC if I do not send PCC now. Though actual reason is Time, but i do not want it to mention.

please suggest.

Thank you.

Thanks guys for help all the time

I have sent file on 7 May from Dhl.. Just to check shall I start for clearance certificate process.
