If you have the Marriage Certificate from the previous marriage you can submit, but it is not mandatory to provide but divorce is must..

A thought just crossed my mind after reading through this forum. I normally see where persons leave out certain vital documents or did not sign a particular form, etc and scramble to figure what to do as inevitably, the application will be returned for being incomplete and possibly fall outside of the cap. Can't a person immediately follow up and send an entirely new second application package with all the correct documents and correctly signed forms so that this second one remains within the cap when the first one is eventually returned? Isn't it that the first one you sent would not count and so it won't matter that you sent more than one as only the second one will be accepted as being properly completed?

WES and IELTS send two original copies so finding another original to send shouldn't be a problem.

What are your thoughts on this?

You need to confirm with your bank (call helpline) if they accept online transaction on VISA DEBIT Card, some banks don't allow. If they acceot, go ahead.

yes I have enough fund in my account of 550 CAD and the expiry date of the VISA "DEBIT" card is also 10 years down the line.So I just need to jut fill up Fee payment Form(section B) and send the application Kit. When my application will be proccessed, amount will e deducted from my account ? am I correct ?

I have worked 1 year 3 months on NOC
0013 Senior managers – financial

And I have worked 1 year 20 months on
1112 Financial and investment analysts

So when I will fill up the imm0008_3e file, what would be the correct way of filling.

Shall I consider both of these NOC , but I want apply in NOC 0013.
If I consider both these NOC, and I have applied to NOC 0013 , in this case Can I claim two years work experience.

I want to claim minimum two years work experience point.

Please reply.

If you are filling on computer, it automatically gets disabled when u select "ECONOMIC/Skilled Worker" if u r filling by hand, just write N/A or Not Applicable.

As per last year thread, people who didnt fill this completely/accurately, cic sent them email to provide the correct information by email. u can search in 2013 forum. so, relax. good luck!

In my humble suggestion, recall ur application from courier, if you can.

You are able to edit after validation, so that you can validate again. They will read you form through bar codes. If you changed the info, but did not REVALIDATE and someone, catches from the printout that the info is different (even non-significant) you may find yourself in trouble.

If it has reached, CIC then pray.

Hello everyone,

How do we know if our DD is charged? For credit card users, there is a notification from the bank once their account is debited but for the DD users the amount gets deducted as soon as the bank prepares a DD.

I tried calling my bank here and they said I need to call and check if the DD has been charged or not. Does CIC notify us when the DD is charged?

2nd time reply. You are having this problem cause you did not complete question 6 "Where did you intend to live in Canda". You select a location and then in question 7, select NO. You will then find all the field grayed out.

In my last year application that I received back because cap reached, I found CIC made modifications in my form with pen and corrected the information where it needed few modifications. I think, bar code helps them gather the information easily and directly on computer. They anyways verify the information in the form and then edit/update on their computer. I don't think you should be worried as the actual application form/hard copy you filled already has your accurate information. Check any similar information on 2013 form. Relax and Good luck!
