Hello frds ,
i have a query regarding Police Clearance Certificate for FSW procedure.
My wife has been Living to London for a year ( on her old passport before marriage . 2009-2010 ) .
Now she has new passport including my name and all.( old passport is cancelled )
Passport number is also different.
So do i need to get Police Clearance certificate from London ??

in background declaration, u'll have to write it na?? or u want to ignore that part completely??
it is considered as a serious offense if any manipulation found in the background checks. any discrepancy will lead to complete rejection followed by future ban in some cases.
no one in this open forum will suggest u to do such thing. to avoid hassel u might think of it, but in the long run it may create a thing that u will not be able to dissolve so easily.

Can anyone ilustrate the whole process once application is submitted specially at what step employers are contacted etc.

My understanding is that CIC will review the application for completion of documentation and fee is charged. After that file is transferred to VO, who does all the remaining process.

When application put in progress by Local Visa Office they will contact your employers at this step if they think it is necessary in your case.

Hi,
I am applying under the NOC 0112. I have continuous one year experience of 11 months as HR Manager with one employer and immediately 5 months experience as HR Consultant for another employer, doing similar work for client organisations of this employer. Can I count these two together as one year of continuous work experience? Will my work as HR consultant, but actually performing the same tasks as an HR manager for various client organisations of my employer be a valid experience that can be considered under this NOC?

Look forward to reading your expert comments. thank you for your advice.

Good luck to everyone with their applications

Yes you can go with both employers with same designation.

Hi, I applied for 2174 and my application reached on 5 May. I have a question.

I have Fixed Deposits worth 22.5 lakhs (Approximately 40000 Canadian Dollars) in my name. I do not have any liability/debt/loan.
So, I filled up the following details:

Assets: 40000 CAD
Liabilities: NIL
Settlement Funds: 40000 CAD

So, my question is if the above information filled by me is OK ?

Secondly, I did not send the educational or work experience documents for my spouse as it was not mentioned anywhere in the checklist. Hope that is OK ?

Yes Fixed Deposit of CAD 40000 will work as proof of funds.
You have to send all educational certificate of your spouse.
If possible try to send his work refrence letters also.

Hello Senior's

Please reply......

My work profile suits 2241 Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians. But I am a self employed professional owning a small proprietorship firm.I give full time consultation to a technology company in India who works on projects for clients in Europe and USA. As well I give consultations to few other companies in my part time. I am able to get a reference letter from the Companies towards my Full time consultation work as well as the duties I perform. As well I recieve regular payments monthly or bi-monthly from this company. I can provide references of clients from Europe and USA in the projects I have worked for for this company. The only thing is I am not an employee but a full time consultant. I as well have strong Income Tax returns filed for all the 10 years of my work.

Am I eligible to apply since I am a full time technical consultant who performs all the duties mentioned in NOC 2241, or do I have to be an employee of a company to apply?

Guys, Do I stand a chance or you need to be an employee of some organisation?

Secondly, my documents have already been reached on May 5. I did not send my wife's educational/experience documents as it was not mentioned anywhere in the checklist. Was that ok?

Yes I agree Fixed Deposit of CAD 40000 will work as proof of funds.
It is not required to send any educational certificates or work experience documents of your spouse if you are the Primary Applicant

Thanks Sreeramp. I know Fixed Deposits work as proof of funds.

Sorry, but I am repeating my question. Just clarifying. I mean when I have Fixed Deposits worth 40000 CAD, so the information should be entered as the following in the form:

Assets: 40000 CAD
Liabilities: NIL
Settlement Funds: 40000 CAD

Please confirm.
