Hi,
I am applying under the NOC 0112. I have continuous one year experience of 11 months as HR Manager with one employer and immediately 5 months experience as HR Consultant for another employer, doing similar work for client organisations of this employer. Can I count these two together as one year of continuous work experience? Will my work as HR consultant, but actually performing the same tasks as an HR manager for various client organisations of my employer be a valid experience that can be considered under this NOC?

My work profile suits 2241 Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians. But I am a self employed professional owning a small proprietorship firm.I give full time consultation to a technology company in India who works on projects for clients in Europe and USA. As well I give consultations to few other companies in my part time. I am able to get a reference letter from the Companies towards my Full time consultation work as well as the duties I perform. As well I recieve regular payments monthly or bi-monthly from this company. I can provide references of clients from Europe and USA in the projects I have worked for for this company. The only thing is I am not an employee but a full time consultant. I as well have strong Income Tax returns filed for all the 10 years of my work.

Am I eligible to apply since I am a full time technical consultant who performs all the duties mentioned in NOC 2241, or do I have to be an employee of a company to apply?

i have a query regarding Police Clearance Certificate for FSW procedure.

My wife has been Living to London for a year ( on her old passport before marriage . 2009-2010 ) .
Now she has new passport including my name and all.( old passport is cancelled )
Passport number is also different.

So do i need to get Police Clearance certificate from London ??

I am getting delayed because of IETLS and I will be done by end of June. Do you have any idea about the cap of this category? Do you think it is a Hot category or It will be capped very soon.

Only principal applicant needs to submit Work Experience Letters.

Now, I'm stuck at "Schedule A – Background/Declaration - IMM5669E" form. Hoping you could help me out.
It is country specefic. To me Primary = class 1 to class 5; Secondary/high school: 6th to 10 class and University/colllege = class 11 to upward
Question 7) Education [I have done 12th (non-med) & then 4 years B.E.(computer)]
Give the number of years of school you successfully completed for each of the following levels of education.
Elementary/ primary school -> Do I need to fill something here? Yes
Secondary/high school -> I have filled 12, is that correct? For my case, class 6 to class 10 = 5 years
University/college -> 4 Rest of the year of total education

In the details box (FROM-TO). Apart from from bachelor's, do I need to fill 10th as well as 12th or only the 12th grade details? Plus what should I fill in the type & field of study here? Science/Hamanities/Commerce. You need to check your 10th class annd 12th class certificate for find out your concentration/field of study
& boxes are again not accommodating the longer text, so should I use abbreviations? like B.E. instead of Bachelor of Engineering?Abbreviate

I think I'll be filling up my bachelor's study in this as well? Write Studying
What if I have one month gap between 1st & 2nd job? What should I fill for it? Unemployed
For my current job, should I leave the "TO" box blank since I'm still working? <-- Same question for the address section (12th). write till date

i think if u want u can hide that but my suggestion is not to hide although the passport is new, it might create plm in future.

one of my friend applied in FSW13 and his application reached at CIO in 23 april of 2014. he didn't get any reply from them till now. I think if he is successful candidate, he will get CC charged 1st then the turn will go to FSW14 candidates. so wait and have patience

Yes firstly they will finish applicants till april2014. then they will start may2014 applicants.

Dear Century.. I shall not seat for the exam. I will request IDP for issuing another original copy of IELTS result sheet by paying service fees. because my test result is still valid. Do you have any idea how long time they take to issue a second copy of IELTS?

Only few days they take to issue you another IELTS TRF.

. Am new in this thread . Find it very helpful , My husband and I will file under NOC 0112 Human resources manager . He will be the principal applicant . Just finished my IELTS today as we need my IELTS for the extra points . 2 years ago we applied but cap reached so our papers were returned to us . Can we file 2 applications simultaneously ? First application , my husband as principal for NOC 0112 . I am a licensed realtor/ real estate sales manager and am also qualified under NOC 0121. However, we only have one set of original ECA and IELTS . Will it have a negative effect if we file simultaneously or if we wait for one noc to reach cap, my noc might close too by then . Help ....

No you cant apply two applications together. Because if your both application passes at first stage then it will get refused at Local Visa Office Stage.

Applicants of May 2014 will get start hearing from CIO in mid of June.

Seniors.....Can someone please help me how to get pcc in india... I have lived 7 years in china and 6 months in qatar and 2 months in uae....where to get the pcc and what documents needs to be presented..

on this website you will have to register first then go to PSK to get PCC on the spot.
