Dear Ashif bhai and seniors/experts,

I am returning applicant of last year NOC 2147. CIC explained due to cap reached they have returned my app back on Dec 2013. But unfortunately my country (Bangladesh) postal service (the worst postal service I believe in the World ) never delivered that. As a result it's lost. I did not get back my+ my spouse's original PCC and original IELTS result cards.

Without these 2 documents should I proceed for apply within 2 days? of I shall wait for next 15 days to process original copy of IELTS and PCC and then submit for NOC 2281. please advise.

The same happened in my case.but I luckily got my package back though I had already lost hope and got another copies of ielts and PCC.

I think u should apply with the ielts result and PCC. The cap is 1000 anyway.
I also suggest u to make a final check with ur postal service.who knows the package might be with them by now.

I have everything mentioned in my Experience Letter, except salary drawn. I'll be submitting my payslips and bank statements anyway. Will I still have to get another letter from my employer with salary mentioned this time? Or not required really?

I really appreciate all your hard works and advice. I need your advice in one issue, I will be applying on 1st week of July in NOC code 4011.

I am getting delayed because of IETLS and I will be done by end of June. Do you have any idea about the cap of this category? Do you think it is a Hot category or It will be capped very soon.
Need your expert advice and comment.

Yeh I am a bit confused here as well, I know since I'm living in the UAE, London is my processing office or New Delhi since I am Indian. However on CIC website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp under 'Submit your completed application' I see they have mentioned

Mail your application and fee to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia (Canada)

Do not send your application to the visa office that serves your home country.

Can someone clarify please...

hi - im completing my documents,just wondering under WORK Experience Letter of Reference is this only for principal applicant?
Does my spouse need to provide Employment reference as well? Thanks!

My B.Tech Degree has my family name written in abbreviated form whereas my MS degree has the full name. So should I answer Q2 on IMM0008 as yes and enter the abbreviated last name or should I answer no, since its basically the name but only in abbreviated form.

I'm still waiting for my WES ECA. I have started to prepare documents in the meantime. This is gonna be a long post as I have couple of questions.


Basic questions:
1) Do we have to check "NO" for questions that are not applicable or keep them unchecked? e.g.
Have you received your CSQ?
In travel doc, "Your spouse or comman-law partner", Although I'm single, so should I still check "did not travel" or keep it unchecked?
Did you employer obtained an LMO? (But I'm not claiming offer of employment)

2) I had previously applied for student visa about 2 years ago, which got refused. So, do I have to fill UCI from that case or keep it blank?

1) Question 5) Language preference for interview: Am I supposed to select my native language (Punjabi) or keep English?

2) I'm unable to fill State under contact information after I select India in the country list. Is it OK to fill it in the city column, like <CITY>, PUNJAB?

3) National Identity Doc: Mark it NO (for India)?

I'm unable to fill complete details in Work experience box (it is not long enough)?

F) Additional Famlity Info - IMM5406E
We need to write names for all family members in native language? Does these native language names come on different sheet (as in take additional printout to fill only native language names) or it needs to filled on the same sheet & somehow fit it with English names, like <ENGLISH_NAME> <NATIVE_NAME>?

Documents related questions:
1) For proof of funds, will a joint bank account with my parents (if mine is not the first name in the account holder list) considered for POF or the account needs to be only under my name?

2) Will offer letter & work experience letter be sufficient? I will not be able to provide any pay slip, first job paid in cash, while second job sometimes paid though PayPal (& other payment gateways) & sometimes through bank. Also, I used to spend some of the money from that earnings, before I would withdraw to my bank account. So, my bank PayPal/Bank statement might not match with my salary claim as per the offer/contract letter.

3) Which exact documents needs to be notarized (apart from the translated ones)?

one of my friend applied in FSW13 and his application reached at CIO in 23 april of 2014. he didn't get any reply from them till now. I think if he is successful candidate, he will get CC charged 1st then the turn will go to FSW14 candidates. so wait and have patience
