Same query.

Just answered...:)

In ur case it will be London...

Please check the below link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp

Also let us know ur country of nationality..(Since London is a slower Visa office ...)

Thanks Ashif bhai, u r a hero. More question though:

In forms where spaces are not enough, I have attached separate sheets to furnish the details mentioning name at top and indicating form's title and question no. (as guided in the forms). In the form, I have entered 'Refer attached sheet'. Is it fine? Also, do we need to self attest the attached sheet?

Country of Nationality --> India

How can this piece of info help though? Are you suggesting I could apply to an Office there? Isn't there one office in Abu Dhabi?

In that case i will suggest u to choose New Delhi office (after checking ur feasibility) since they are very much faster...

And yes Abu Dhabi has a Canadian High comission but they dont process PR app now...

Please check the link that i already provided to u...:)

Pls find the responses below:

1. You can write the current date (2014/05) or can write till date with pen after printing - no problem
2. You mark tick in the checklist and also attach a letter
3. Notarization is not required. However, if you like, you can do it.
4. No, for your case, only reference letter will do
5. If your work experience under NOC 3142 falls within last 10 year and duration of this experience is at least 1 year, you are eligible.

Thank you soooo much...thanx loads...so many doubts are now clear...thanx for your valuable time... :)

Yes saw the link, what you said makes sense now. However, how do you know New Delhi takes lesser time than London office? From you experience talking to people on this forum or CIC has mentioned processing times for individual countries/offices somewhere that I can take a look at?

Hello,
I need some help with filling up forms:

1. Generic Application
a. Immigration office is to be typed as "New Delhi, India"? I am applying from India.

2. Schedule 3 - Economic Classes
a. Liabilities form shows blank when I enter "0". As if I have completely missed filling it out. Any suggestions? Or print and then write "0" there?
b. Occupation or Designation? My designation has always been "Database Administrator" NOC 2172 throughout 10 years. So there should be just 1 entry although employers changed? Or 2 entries for both my employers? Although designation/duties are same with both employers.

3. Schedule A - Background Designation
a. I need education levels clarified with respect to Indian education. I have 10 years school + 2 years junior college (11th and 12th) + 4 years B.E + 2 years MS. How does this get divided in their form of:
Elementary/Primary
Secondary/High School
University/College
Trade School/Post Secondary School
And what is field of study for SSC school days?

4. Additional Family Information
a. I need to fill this form in duplicate? Once in English and once in my mother-tounge (Marathi)? Or do I mention mother-tongue version in brackets next to English entries? This could make the form very very crowded.

5. General Questions
a. Some forms, where I have to enter Employer name, etc. The typed version doesn't let me enter full name. Or in college name it can fit "ABC Engineering" but not the last "College" word. But if I hand write it, I could make the entries fit.
So should I just hand fill the form or type it and attach separate sheet?
b. How old can the bank statement be from date of sending application? Can it be 3 weeks to 1 month old? I need to make a large payment and will lose most of my balance, so need to get statement/letter from bank before that. And I might be able to send my application only 2-3 or even 4 weeks after that.

Thanks a lot in advance.

:-X :-X Longggggg Queryyyy..... :-X:P :P :P

Brother,

1. yes "New Delhi"
2. a print and then write "0" there
b Put ur current employment designation
3. It will be 10+2+4+2=18yrs
4.Do as u mentioned --"mention mother-tongue version in brackets next to English entries. This could make the form very very crowded. "

5. a. u can use compact words like : Engineering-ENGG, University-Univ
b. 2-3 weeks will be moderate/ok

Thats all bro...

Goodl luck...:)

I have just mailed my application package!!!
(GOD BLESS US ALL)

My question is - as i have sent the package without PCC, should i start the process of obtaining PCC now, or wait for any confirmation from CIC. How much time they give to submit PCC on later stage? In my situation it usually takes 1.5 months to get a PCC from police (signed by ministry).

yes i am giving u the Link...But remember this is not reflecting on practical situation....

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp

In our time FSW13- New delhi applicants of similar timeline has finished within 8-9 months on an avg..
Where as other Visa office -London --only 3 member has stamped, very few has got Medical request..

And for my VO-Singapore they have not issued not a single Medical test...for FSW13.

So its really an imp issue for u guys for those who have option...

Bro,

Its dependent on the Local visa office ..in ur case u will be given-60 days..

U can go for either option---start the process of obtaining PCC now, or wait for any confirmation from CIC...

Good luck with ur application...:)
