I need some help with filling up forms:
1. Generic Application
a. Immigration office is to be typed as "New Delhi, India"? I am applying from India.
2. Schedule 3 - Economic Classes
a. Liabilities form shows blank when I enter "0". As if I have completely missed filling it out. Any suggestions? Or print and then write "0" there?
b. Occupation or Designation? My designation has always been "Database Administrator" NOC 2172 throughout 10 years. So there should be just 1 entry although employers changed? Or 2 entries for both my employers? Although designation/duties are same with both employers.
3. Schedule A - Background Designation
a. I need education levels clarified with respect to Indian education. I have 10 years school + 2 years junior college (11th and 12th) + 4 years B.E + 2 years MS. How does this get divided in their form of:
Elementary/Primary
Secondary/High School
University/College
Trade School/Post Secondary School
And what is field of study for SSC school days?
4. Additional Family Information
a. I need to fill this form in duplicate? Once in English and once in my mother-tounge (Marathi)? Or do I mention mother-tongue version in brackets next to English entries? This could make the form very very crowded.
5. General Questions
a. Some forms, where I have to enter Employer name, etc. The typed version doesn't let me enter full name. Or in college name it can fit "ABC Engineering" but not the last "College" word. But if I hand write it, I could make the entries fit.
So should I just hand fill the form or type it and attach separate sheet?
b. How old can the bank statement be from date of sending application? Can it be 3 weeks to 1 month old? I need to make a large payment and will lose most of my balance, so need to get statement/letter from bank before that. And I might be able to send my application only 2-3 or even 4 weeks after that.
