1) Regarding FORM IMM5409E
I am a single applicant would I still have to fill Form IMM5409E - Statutory Declaration of Common Law-Union

2) Regarding 'what needs filling' vs 'what not' as a single applicant
a) Forms a single applicant must fill

• imm5669E - Schedule A - Background & Declaration
• IMM5620E - Fee Payment Form - Application for PR
• IMM5612E - Document Checklist PR - FSWC
• IMM5562E - Supplementary Information - Your travels
• IMM5406E - Additional Family Information
• IMM0008ENU_2D - Generic Application Form for Canada
• imm0008_3e- Schedule 3 Economic Classes - Federal Silled Workers
  

b) And to my knowledge a single applicant can avoid submitting

• IMM0008DEPENU - Additional Dependants and Declaration Form
• IMM5476E - Use of a Representative
• IMM5604E - Declaration from Non-Accompanying Parent or Guardian for Children Immigrating to Canada

3) Not required documents
Do I still have to fill it marking NA or just avoid sending it altogether?

Please Advise...

Kindly delete my entry with name 'Nick Shivani'.
I have added a new entry nshivani in order to be able to even edit the record, as initially when I created my record I missed the edit link.

As per 'dmitrych', it makes sense to allow duplicates initially than asking admins to update an individual record again and again.

Guys,

I have noticed one amongst the members in this forum had revealed the UPS AWB number.
Please don't do that. It is too risky and any intruder can play around with such sensitive information.
An individual may paste the delivery routes but never AWB number.

I have completed Bachelor in Electronics Engineering and nearly 6 years of experience in IT,but according to NOC 2172,

Employment requirements

A bachelor's degree, usually in computer science or in mathematics
or
Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.
Computer programming experience is usually required.

Can you please let me know whether i need Computer Degree or my degree will work?

If there are any questions in those appliable forms which are not applicable to you, then put NA.

Dude when I say it's not an issue means it won't matter. I applied last year and even this year have stapled the docs. It is not a selection critical criteria.

I have already said that it's advisable to use clips.

I'm just stating a fact here found in the document where I extracted the information. no offense.

Ur indication about filling the the form is right...when u are single..as u mentioned below is the forms:

No brother if u have experience , then relevant educational experience is not required...

these degrees are mentioned to get a job once u are in Canada..

It should be 21 brother...If u have only one post sec degree...

"Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a program of three years or longer, or equal-- 21 points"
