I have degree with the title Telecommunication engineering and all the courses on my transcript are same as of electrical engineering.

can i apply as the categories don't have explicitly telecom but electrical ?

Occupation doesn't have anything to do with the degree. Your selected occupation should be on the CIC's FSWP 2014 list and you should have at least 1 year experience in that occupation.

Can someone tell me how much I will get for B.Sc Mechanical Engineering (4 years)? 21 or 23?? I have already done my Credential evaluated from WES, equals 4 years of B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering.
21 as per bachelor degree

For the schedule 3 form (economic classes), if you write an amount for your liabilities (eg, credit card), do you need to provide credit card statements? Since it is indicated on that part to "provide evidence."

GO through this NOC search it has all titles and sub categories of designation.

Right occupation and degree does not have to be related

1. Original translation copy done affedevit by translator
2. It need to be attested

So the instruction below from CIC:

Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
•the English or French translation; and
•an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
•a certified copy of the original document.

Yes, you can both apply separately. Treat each application as independent. You'll require 2 sets of documents, 1 for each application. In 1 Application, you'll be PA, in other, your wife will be.

But, why bother with two apps in first place? IF anyone of you have non-hot NOC, than go ahead with that.

Thank you Jigzy, but can I claim points for my wife as I am getting points under adaptability category. I mean each one of us can claim points?

Dear Bro,

here u go, I guess ur confusion will be removed:

Educational Credential Assessment by WES :

Here is the procedure for ECA by WES:

a. First apply thru WES's website and do the payment and take the ref no. (will emailed also) 180 CAD now (7 days assessment)...

and check the required docs for ur country:

Now for Bangladesh (process is almost same for other country):

b. Then fill up the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and put the ref no there.

c. need to take a printed version of International_Transcript_Request.pdf to the university controller office and request him to fill the remaing portion of the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and make true copy of the transcript + cert. he will easily understand coz they have to do such things frequently to recommend students to foreign education. Only one copy --(WES form +Cert+transcript).

d.Finally he gonna give u a sealed envelop that contains attested copy of transcript + cert + International_Transcript_Request.pdf

e. Courier the sealed envelope via fedex by urself to WES address:

World Education Services
2 Carlton Street, Suite 1400
Toronto, Ontario M5B 1J3
Canada
