Idiots wat they r doing keeping @ office, local time is 11:15am.

What CIC would think the applicant is with property mortgages?

For example :
a) Assets - Indicate the total amount (in Canadian dollars) of fixed deposits, savings accounts, pensions, etc.
CAD$60,000


b) Liabilities - Indicate the total amount (in Canadian dollars) of real property mortgages and any other personal debts.
CAD$170,000 (property mortgages)


c)Total funds available for settlement in Canada
So C= A-B? (-110,000)

That does not look good!!!

What do you suggest?

Check the first part it states there:

Gather all your documents in the order of the checklist,and check each item. Attach small photos and certified cheques with paper clip. otherwise leave documents unbound.

I agree. Documents should not be stapled or clipped. Should be left unbound but in order of checklist. Although stapling, using clips won't affect your application. Point is why to use these when CIC already clearly mentioned in the instructions not to use.

Check after sometime. I think, this will be delivered shortly if it already reached Sydney. If in NOFFS, expect tomorrow. You may want to check with carrier customer care. Mine was as under:

10:11 am Delivered SYDNEY, NS
9:50 am On FedEx vehicle for delivery SYDNEY, NS
9:50 am At local FedEx facility SYDNEY, NS

1) i just transferred the required fund to my account. Will this be ok if i am not maintaining the account with required amount for last six months since we are providing bank statement for 6 months

2) Before submitting file to FSW till when should we maintain the required funds? I am asking since this is huge amount and may be maintaining this amount for around 1 year is a tough task. Please let me know your inputs on the same.

If your mode of Fee Payment is DD then no need to sign on the form, but need to fill the fee form...

As per CIC instructions:
Current bank certification letter or
evidence of savings balance or
fixed or time deposit statement

It nowhere says, to send any specific number of statements. I think your current statement should suffice without any balance maintenance issues. They anyways would ask for POF at a later stage. Good luck!
