I understand it's too difficult to ask them for it. But you need to submit it as per CIC rules.

See, try and get it, if you can good, if not then get whatever u can get from them. At least send your application. Also, you can send self notarized experience with all other supporting documents, claiming that below are the position wise responsiblities performed by you.

Please I have previous experience as HR advisor 1 year but now have 3 years experience as health and safety officer. I want to apply under 2263 appropriate for health and safety as my primary occupation to claim points. However I am unsure about NOC code for HR advisor role( I have to also include reference letter for it being part of my work experience within the last 10 years as required by CIC- which is ok by me), however my question is whether I can attribute NOC code 0112 to my HR advisor role on my application form or leave it blank since NOC 0112 is for managers in HR? Please respond. Thanks.

You can use anything that nearly matches that job code. or if it doesn't match write N/A. If you are not counting that job code as your primary NOC then it is okay. You don't have to much worry about that.

Hello,
I have applied to quebec earlier and now want to apply under FSW.
For quebec me & my spouse had applied with the passport of before marriage. i.e. i don't carry wife's name in my passport and she is having her maiden name in passport.
We provided marriage certificate as a proof and that works and we got the file number.

The problem is, i went to passport seva kendra for PCC and they rejected my application, as they were telling me i have applied as a married status for PCC while my passport does not have wife's name.
I explained the things above i have mentioned to them as well provided marriage certificate as a proof still they were not convinced.
They are telling me that either i should apply for PCC as a single (we both) or me & my spouse should change the detail in passport as per the name after marriage for her and for me add her name in my passport, then apply.
What should I do. Please help me guys.

Can I ask you a few questions regarding ECA as I came to know that you are from Nepal . Hopefully you can give best feedback to my query.

My spouse has 3 yrs PCL and 2 yrs. Bachelor. In order to send documents for ECA ,Do I need to send transcripts along with provisional certificate or should I include individual mark sheets as well?
How much total fees should I pay If I choose faster courier service to send back ECA report to me?
Does it require to register online account first to get reference number or is there any forms that has to be filled out to send for ECA go together with all required documents? Finally, Can I send attested certificates directly to WES without requesting registrar or controller of examinations to fill out forms designed by WES?

You must submit all the bachelors level attested transcript (mark sheet). However certificate doesnt have to be attested, you can send them yourself with your transcript but you need to attach the transcript request form signed by TU or other university. Make sure if its TU they will provide this in a sealed envelope and you keep this envelope inside other and send together to WES Canada. I prefer DHL as they are quite fast and reasonable from Nepal. My brother did the same.

First fill all the information and submit your application. If you have relatives in Canada you may ask them to pay on your behalf or you may send draft to them or pay with your Card if it has international transaction facility.
You will get reference once you submit your application online. Make sure you have a address in Nepal where letters arrive, i suggest you open post box in post office and use this address as correspondence in WES as well as CIC.

You don't include PCCs with the initial FSW application. PCCs are requested later.
