Guys last year the hottest categories filled up in as early as three weeks. Can we say this year for any category to fill up it may take at least 8-9 weeks?

I’m confused that am I eligible to apply or not.
I have bachelor degree as computer engineer but all my work experience 4 years as an estimation engineer NOC 2234.
Is the miss-matching between my degree and my experience making me illegible to apply under NOC 2234.

Please, advise.

Thats what I believe, not only the CAP limit is increased, but also Hot NOC from last year have been kind of split in multiple NOCs.

Things will be confirmed when the first CAP update is available on CIC website.

I just noticed that Mother's personal details specifies "Family Name at Birth". It would make her name different from the one in "Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)"

Any thoughts?

I am trying to help a friend to apply these days. Apart from updated forms, are there any changes in requirements between FSW2013 and FSW2014?

Many people are asking this question. based on my experience so far there are no major changes content-wise in the forms of FSW2014 and FSW2013.
Just to be on a safer side always download latest forms from CIC website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp
Requirement-wise there is change only in Available funds, rest all process and formalities are same.

Wow, so for lenient things, CIC does allow re-submission of documents without sending the entire package back to the applicant! That's great.

So if her first name is changed from suppose a to b then ofcourse u need to answer yes

Yes that's right Nd pls answer correctly. Maiden name is required here
