Its better to redirect it to ur home address and then make all correction and resend it..ind_2173 said:Ashif/Century/Can_2174 or any other senior, please reply.
I have sent my application for 2174 using FEDEX. But I did two mistakes.
1. I sent it to the wrong address - "Citizenship and Immigration Canada,Federal Skilled Worker,NOC Category or Arranged Employment Category,Primary NOC 2011 Code: 2174,Centralized Intake Office,PO BOX 7500,Sydney, NS,B1P 0A9,Canada"
I will correct this by calling up FEDEX and asking them to redirect it. Is this possible? Has anybody done it?
2. I forgot to write my name in my native language in Schedule A, Question 2. Can anybody comment if this would have any affect?
3. CIC has specified a cover size. But FEDEX guys use their own cover which I am not sure meets the laid out specification. Has anybody faced the same problem?
Please answer asap so that I can stop the package from being delivered if needed.
NOC CATEGORY.aabbhhii said:Hi,
For sending courier, whether we need to write :
"NOC CATEGORY"
OR
" NOC category, offer of arranged employment or PhD category " as full
I'm applying in NOC Category or FSW program.
Thanks.
BTW. Does anyone know email address in Canada Immigration Office, where I can contact for getting official answer to my question?ava909 said:Hi Guys,
I have a confusion in calculating points from my working experience.
There is written that the points are awarded on the following basis:
Work Experience Points (15 max)
--------------------------------
1 year 9 points
2-3 years 11 points
4-5 years 13 points
6 years or more 15 points
I have already had 5 years and 6 months of working experience in Canada's desired sphere.
From the chart, 4-5 years can bring 13 points and 6 years or more can bring 15 points.
But there is no information about 5-6 years of experience (which is my actual range). I guess my working experience could bring 14 points.
Can someone, please, help to know how many points I can get with my current working experience ?
Thanks.
Thanks Ashif bhai for the quick response.ashif_eee said:Its better to redirect it to ur home address and then make all correction and resend it..
i have done by FedEx from Bangladesh for once (from Canada)...So show ur urgency to ur courier (Fedex)...
Each of ur mistakes are serious enough...
Try to do as above..
Best of luck
Thanks Bro...ind_2173 said:Thanks Ashif bhai for the quick response.
I checked the FEDEX site and they say it's possible to redirect to another address.
In the application guide for Schedule A it says "write in your native language (if applicable)". So do you think it is a serious mistake?
I donno if my application would be rejected because the cover size is not correct. Sounds preposterous. Have you or anybody heard of a case like this?
I am thinking why not cancel the delivery and send a new package altogether.
Your sound bytes are really helpful
In fact I wrote my name and family members names in native language in Additional Family IMM5406E form.ashif_eee said:Thanks Bro...
Actually i already indicated u to return to ur self and resend correctly...
Envelope size will not be a matter but native language is a matter....
So better to retrun to ur address ASAP...
