I wish to ask people following FSW 2013. Someone shared the link to fsw 2013 excel sheet. I couldn't find a single person who has received medicals yet. Is this true? None of 2013 people some of them as early as 4th may have received medicals yet? Is thats the case what would the fate of fsw 2014? Or M I missing something in that sheet?

Is the form Additional Dependants/Declaratioin (IMM 0008DEP) needed? I have myself, my wife and my kid in the application who I have already mentioned in Generic Application Form. Is IMM 0008DEP optional? Look forward to your answer

1. yes i will send complete application that I know i just wanted to know that along with complete application do i need to send those previous certificates also in which job duties are not mentioned along with the new certificates in current date in which the job duties are mentioned.

2. My IELTS is Expiring on 12th may so i am appearing again and i will send the new results.

Hi Friends thank you all for answering the questions. It helps a lot.

I need your inputs on this,

Last year I applied in FSW and my application was returned due to cap reached. In last year Generic application form, they have mentioned the UCI number with pencil. But in the explanation letter of returning the application, they have not mentioned that UCI number.

SO this time do I need to write that UCI number? Please suggest.

Friends I am sorry for repeating this post but I cant seem to get an answer. So if anyone can help me out. I would be very thankful.

I am a bit confused about the ECA for doctors as I plan to apply for Specialst Category NOC 3111. I understand that my Primary Medical Degree (MBBS) will be given ECA through Medical Council of Canada but what about my Specialty Diploma? MCC website states that they are designated by Govt of Canada to give ECA for Primary Medical Qualification. However the CIC website states that all applicants under Family Physician and Specialist Physician must apply for ECA of their qualifications with the MCC. Am really confused what to do. I have e-mailed both MCC and CIC but so far there is no response from them. This is delaying my application. Any advice or knowledge in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Plz someone help me with Birth Certificate Query. I do not have a birth certificate So I took a proof of Birth issued from Consulate (which is derived from passport). But I have heard its not valid.
Could some one tell me how can I get replacement for the same. As I am out of my home country I am not able to get a Notarized Affidavit for same.

Hello All,

Some of the documents that we need to send to the CIO are copies. What do they mean by copies? Are they asking for just photocopies or certified true copies (a certified true copy is a copy that is attested by a notary public)

I have 2 more queries

1) I am married since September, 2013 but till now I haven't changed name and address in my passport so should I apply with the same passport or I need to re-issue it with new name and address? and if I apply with the same passport, it will create any problem in my fsw application as I will put marriage certificate in application

2) I am applying for 2173 and I will have reference letter/contracts/pay stubs from my present employer and I am also having reference letter from my previous employer. but should I have to show pay contracts and pay stub of my all previous employer??

The letter must cover the total number of eyars which are being claimed

Suggestion is take new if possible ..one since its already 8 months back...
