I applied last year but my application was returned because CAP was reached.
Now I will use some old documents, from previous year, and some new (new reference letter, new bank statement, new PCC etc.)-
my question is:

Can I use old birth certificate? It was issued on 22-04-2013. Or does it say somewhere that it has to be new one?
I can't find info about this on CIC site.

your views on the processing time, as per CIC website processing time for New delhi VIsa office has been as follows:

New Delhi – India (22 MOnths)

As i referring to the correct timeline or it actually takes this much time as i was been told it takes 8 to 12 months for the VISA under FSW from the date of application received

The average time for new delhi to process fsw app is 22 months but that's the average time of processing . last year some got PR in months from date of aplication while some are still waiting so it depends on case to case

Hi guys,
Pls I am applying under NOC 1114,and my job duties matches that of financial planners.my question is in my schedule 3 formm under question 12a,I want to fill NOC 1114;can I put financial planners in bracket since that's what matches my job best:I mean like this;NOC 1114 -other financial officers(financial planner) or I should not bother?.
And for 12b,I 'll fill Personal account officer as that is my present designation.hope that's ok as well.

Also,I hv bn working in the bank for 8years now but I started job duties matching noc 1114 abt 2yrs and 4monts ago,when I got promoted to that level,does that mean I will be awarded only 11points for experience instead of 15?,although my reference letter is fully detailed as to evry job duties I've done at diff positions since the 8years I started working wt d bank.

I also noticed that there arre about 6 different titles under noc 1114,do I hv to hv experience in all or just having experience in one only for example financial planner is ok?.
Sorry for the long post but I really need answers to these questions as I am filling my form presently.thank u

Offcourse u can use same birth certificate. What we you expecting to change in your birth certificate?

Even if you are out your country of residence for 1 day . you have to state that in your travels form

Also it is advicble to be consistent with your information. If you specify b that you travelled overseas in travels form . then your personal history skills reflect same

I just applied for FSW2014 and I wanted to check if memebers here can advice on the next steps that happens after one applies for FSW...... I mean once I apply and say if my application gets approved..... what happens next??

1. I am will i get a mail from CIC confirming acceptance etc.....
2. what is AOR??? i read it in some replies..... is this something that CIC sends after your application gets selected??
3. what is PPR??
4. When is it required to send police clearance certificate and where can we get that.
5. I am a citizen of India and was in USA from 2010- to 2014 and in Feb2014 moved to Canada..... so will i need a PPC from just USA or from India too??

Rreally appreciate if someone can please advice....

In india if u manage to get ur birth certificate once then u r lucky..
