HI Friends,

I have a basic question on PCC.

I have the whole packet ready to go out tomorrow, except PCC from Indian consulate and FBI. I initiated the process of getting PCCs from both agencies, as you know, it takes about 4 to 6 weeks to get from both agencies..

so my question is ... Can I send the application packet without PCCs now and send PCCs when I get them later, before the visa office asks for PCCs?

Because, the visa office do not accept PCCs that are more than 3 months old and if they ask for PCCs after 6 months from now, then my PCCs will not work.
Thanks in advance.

Is translated to english version BC from Municipal Corporation is acceptable? Or I have to send the original BC with translation and affidavit?

Yes translated copy is acceptable...but add a copy of the BC with translated (not original)...:)

Does anyone know if there is a specific requirement with regards to proof of funds - my query is that I can print statement online showing my name, account number and balance. Will that suffice or does it have to be official statement. My account is paperless and a statement will take time.

hi
strange question??

If my working hours per week were 40 hr per week can one year experience be counted 1.3 years when i calculate my points for experience since cic considers 30 hr/week a full time work.

As per my knowledge CIC calculates the period with date..not with hours...U can check..

CIC tells:

"Factor 3: Work experience (maximum of 15 points)

You will receive points for the number of years of full-time paid work (or the equivalent in part-time paid work) you have obtained within the last ten years. Full-time means at least 30 hours of paid work in one week.

You must have at least one year of continuous full-time, paid work experience (or the equivalent in continuous part-time work) in the primary occupation you specify in your application."
