Yes the money order will be Canadian dollars only but want to make sure western union money order is valid method to pay? Their money order has a validity of 1 year.

Yes money order made payable to the "Receiver General for Canada" is valid payment method as mentioned by CIC.

If your getting extension you can use LVO as visa office. If you are not getting London visa extension then you need to mention NDVO as visa office.

the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one (1) year.

Please answer my question below.I have missed FSW 2013 for job code 2174 due to cap reached, I am ready to apply for FSW 2014 for the job code 2174.

My current designation is Technical Lead which is not listed under 2174 but roles and responsibilities mentioned over there is exactly matching. Can I apply under 2174 which designation as Technical Lead itself ??

If you can obtain PCC within a short time then you can submit otherwise you also have the option of submitting it at a later visa office processing stage. It is better to include a cover letter with your application explaining why were you unable to submit the PCC with your application.

In the Document check list, you can write "Will submit to the visa office when requested" by black ink pen.

What is the Educational qualification that you intend to get Certified?

For Post Secondary just the Photocopy of your Degree and Mark sheets will suffice, to be sent thru post.

What proof are they expecting for this ??

Is it only for Adopted Children and for cases where Spouse is not accompanying OR, is it applicable to all ??? Please suggest.

I dont thin the Designation Matters, as the Designation in most of the companies are just as generic as Associate, Consultant, Senior consultant and so on.

All you need is the ROle to be matching the NOC standards, that is why we need the Experience letters deatiling your roles and responsibilities.

I think I'll use NDVO as my visa office to be on a safer side. Don't want to take risk as I currently don't have UK visa for 1 year.

If you are the principal applicant, ECA is not compulsory for spouse.
