if CIC didnt processed it (due to CAP limit) then how come they wrote UCI # ? I am not going to change anything from my last submitted docs except a bit of modification in job duties to better suite it to 2281 as compared to my previous app for 2147.

is it ok ??

please advice...

I also applied last year and got my application back because CAP was reached. In explanation letter from CIC it says that CAP was reached and after that they checked if I have job offer or I'm applying in PHD program. They checked that and this is why I got my UCI number - they only checked my Generic Form only. But as I didn't have job offer and I wasn't applying under PHD program and CAP was reached my application was returned. This year I'm applying again and I will mention this UCI number in Generic form. I think that CIC have only some information about you - not all the details because they didn't bother to process your whole documentation as CAP was already reached.

my sister got her PR for canada in Feb 2014(this year), They will be landing there on 13 May 14.
I can show their landing status + PR status as residency proof.
Birth certificate as relationship proof.
Bank Statement + Mobile bill as proof of residing .
I will be applying my application in 1st week ofJune.
Can i claim their points under - Adaptability section-relatives in canada.

How will she have Bank Statement and Mobile Bill before she lands in Canada?

Plus, if you are clearing 67 points, no need for all this!

Hi all, I hav a question..

My designation with my previous employer is ASSISTANT SYSTEM ENGINEER..
I was unable to get the reference letter from them so I self declared my roles on affidavit

But by mistake the designation I have mentioned is ASSOSIATE SYSTEM ENGINEER..

so I cant even correct it and make a new document because I got the stamp paper affidavit done from
my home country because the country where im living stamp papers are not allowed..

So should I mention this in cover letter that it was a typing error?.?

should I leave it just like dat?

suggestion pls

I have a question on PCC. Is PCC required for all the applicants including dependents below 18 years?
PCC is meant for applicants and their dependants that are 18 years and above.

It is advisable to submit but its not strictly compulsory since you will surely be ask to provide it later as the processing continues.

Hi Experts/Seniors

I have couple of queries:

1) i have been recently married and would apply for my spouse PR as well can you please let me know do we require any other document other than :
a) Birth certificate
b) Marriage certificate
c) Passport copies, i have recently traveled to Thailand, so do i need to take photocopy of Visa pages as well ?

Do i need to furnish her education details and job details as well ? i.e offer letter, releiving letter, salary slips etc ??

2) I have got heavy amount transferred to my account today ? Is it fine in supplying the account statement ? does CIC suspect heavy amount being transferred just before file submission ?

3) I'am planning to give my credit card details for the Fee, query is that how do they charge because for any online transaction the credit card asks for a password. And in the form there is no place for password. Kindly suggest

Can someone share how to apply for a educational credential assessment. I am from India and want to apply for FSW when it opens up tomorrow.
