No, u cant. They will not accept your application without WES evaluation..as these are point scoring documents

Reposting my question again. Can any one confirm?

do we need to get all our post secondary qualification assessed or just the highest (for which we are claiming points).

Many Thanks :)

In my opinion ..very hard chances that they are going to change the amount...
Few of my colleague already made the DD for 550$.

So In that case, u can go for that now....But its really up to u... :)

This is based on WES requirements. You can use the free assessment tool to see up to what level of credentials require assessment. Generally for Indians it is Bachelors and Masters. If WES don't find your Bachelors from a recognized university then you ll require to submit secondary educational certificates. So i suggest you go for the free credential assessment first to see where you stand.

okay..i applied last year for FSWP and got refused because of no experience letter. Though I submitted my joining letter with promotion letters and salary slips...yet VO wrote in their letter that i could not provide the proof of the required duties that i was applying for. So I am thinking to submit a reference letter this time on company's letterhead with signature from my immediate boss. Will that work? If yes...could you provide me some information about how and what to write in that reference letter. I shall add the duties accordingly.

It's only advisable that you evaluate only your Msc degree for ECA.
I want to assume your Bsc degree ensured you gain admission for your Msc so it would amount to waste of time and resources to individually get ECA evaluation for both degrees.
My advice.......Evaluate only your highest academic certificate degree and you are safe!

Guys!

A relative of mine who is current residing in Italy wants to apply for skilled program. She is wondering if:

1) She should apply from Italy?
2) She should apply from Pakistan?

People are telling her to apply from Pakistan. Any good suggestions?

Yes reference letter containing your roles and responsibilities is mandatory. To get a rough idea as to what should be in a referral letter please refer CIC website for guidelines on every NOC. Based on your NOC, example titles and typical roles are outline there.

So u can take help from the below link to write the Reference letter:

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=2132

Doesn't matter where she applies from. Its all the same. Only remember that if she is applying from Italy then she will have to prove that she is legally residing in Italy.
