I plan to fill all the forms by 29th April with sign date 2nd May, have a photocopies, and complete the package. On 1st May 9pm canadian time, I will check whether any of the forms has been changed? If found changed, I would replace the old one. On 2nd May, I will send the package.

Forms that have been changed from/on last FSW2013 includes:
•Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] (PDF, 366 KB) March 2014
•Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] (PDF, 79 KB) September 2013
•Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] (PDF, 611 KB) March 2014

can u pls help me with my query, i dont get a reply from the WES thread. I am applying for FSW under the Registered Nurse Category and I am from the Philippines. I am planning to have my credentials assessed thru WES, but I am confused and have a question. In the "Name of Credential" what should I fill the blank with?

I am submitting my Fixed Deposit advise and letter frm the bank mentioning my total a.c balance in the FD a.c. Now becoz I dont have many transactions in my Savings a.c, do I have to submit its statement too ? or can I skip it as it also does not huge cash movements.

Pls advise.

Fixed Deposit is good enough as long as it shows the required amount.

Hi, if we r not using agent. Then we need to fill Representative form that we r the representative for dependants also.

If we didn't disclose it will be taken as n/a. Won't create problem.

Dear Brothers,

Since notarization is a controversial matter..several times this issue has been discussed on various thread...

I would suggest u to avoid all confusion/controversial matters. U should notarized all the photocopies u r going to submit.

Since notarization of a document will not affect ur file where its not required/but absence of notarization will affect where it is required.

Its all up to u now......

I am confused what needs to be notarized and what not.. I guess in the Instruction Guide nowhere it is mentioned to Notarize anything...

But seniors (Ashif) said that everything needs to be notarized... and Rawadah said that passport copies does not need to be notarized..

Is it good to have notarized all copies or is it mandatory as per the guideline..

Please confirm...

In the Document check list, it is very much clear what you have to send original and what copies.

If the document is not in English then you must provide notarized copy of the document along with original English translation and affidavit from translator.

However, I also agree with ashif_eee that there is no harm in sending all notarized photocopies.

What I beleive, notarization is not mandatory. For not notarization, your file may not be rejected.

However, if the visa officer is festidious and doubt your photocopies, they may ask to send the original- here notarization could play an important role. It could gives the confidence that someone have already independently verified the documents and will help reducing his suspicion a great deal. Not asking for originals also mean less processing time.

Echoing with Ashif, I would say Notarization will not do any harm but it could fetch benefits.

1. Please take a suggestion from a doc.

2.If u cant take PCC right now..then dont send it right now...Start to apply now then submit this at later stage of ur application...

3.U can not use debit card for CIC online payment. Bank draft is the best... U dont need to have any type of account...U can check with local standard chartered bank requirement for issuing this.

Lets see till policy is released by CIC. If they only accept MCC ECA now then it will delay all doctors significantly. Or if WES is also accepted then I will just apply from WES for both.
For the PCC, it would be almost impossible for me to get it from Bangkok, unless I go there by myself and try to get it.

then u can send a cover letter to ur local vo (on the later stage) if they query about thai PCC...That why u are not able to get that PCC...U may get the waiver...there is few example i have seen...

@ All Experienced People In the Document Checklist Guide for FSW 2013 under "Work Experience" there is a note for self employed people that goes like "self-employed individuals must provide documentation from 3rd party individual(s) indicating the service provided along with payment details"

Could someone elaborate what that mean for an individual self employed and wat type and how many 3rd party documents to be provided and in a span for 5 year serving different clients every year does it have to be for every year or one client for multiple years ...... didn't get that ..... please help me what does that mean.
