Hello experts,
My company does not provide job duties and responsibilities. Nor will they provide me any letter head or stamping if I write on my own. Will a declaration written by my senior which holds the job duties and responsibilities enough to justify my job duties...??

I can NotaryAttest also the same declaration of job duties and responsibilities written by my senior will it be enough and will CIC accept that.?? ??

If u dont have other option then u may go with this ...try to take signature on a company letter head page...Then it will be completely ok...Its not necessary to take this letter from HR/Big boss of ur dept. Will be ok with any of ur senior...But again do it with company letter head paper...

I've been reading here some discussions about course vs. work experience. Will I have any problems? I graduated as an Electronics and Communications Engineering (Canadian Equivalency of 4 years) and I plan to apply on 2174 since I am currently a Senior Developer? Thanks in advance.

2) My wife is appearing for IELTS on 10th May. IELTS result card has passport number on it. Now her passport expires in march end 2015. Then with new passport with her and old passport number on IELTS result, could it make a conflict? I mean IELTS is valid for 2 years in between 2 years your passport could renew but your IELTS result would be showing old passport number. Could it create a conflict. Need advise on this issue ASAP.

Is there any validity issue with passport when applying for FSW like the passport should be valid for next X number of years or it wont be accepted....

U are fully eligible...Be confident...

There is no such relation has quoted anywhere on CIC...Moreover I can say u are almost closest educational and professional matches...

So dont be confused...go for the NOC u have work experience-2174... ;D 8)

1. All of us assuming that but could be cleared mre by today hopefully...

2. Take IELTS with older one...When u will take new passport...This will contain older PP's info/number...so ur IELTS will be valid in such way... And after submission with older PP, u can inform ur local Visa office by a sing email to give new PP info...

So no worry... 8) 8)

Then u may try for affidavit with seniors...Write a cover letter explaining why letter head is not managed...Its up to CIC whether they can assume ur such status is valid/logical or not...

No issues if your work experience is not inline with your education but your work experience and job duties should match with your NOC.

I worked as a part timer which is relevant to my NOC code during my post graduation and also under graduation.
Can we count it as an experience as well?

Many suggested that it can be include that experience as well but will be considered as a pat time i.e., 2 years of part time as 1 year full time experience and 4 years of under graduation will be considered as 2 years of full time experience...

Can anyone express views on this? How far is this scenario true ?

Its always advisable to collect updated employment letter,,If u can take new one then better to o for that.....

Did you mean there could still possibility of some changes as far as points are concerned? I mean Ministerial instructions are out there seem no change for point system. COuld you elaborate if you mean you still expect changes in point system? And thanks a lot for your prompt reply.
