Dear seniors,

I have my work contract in Chinese. To include it into my application for FSW 2014, what shall I deal with it?
Can I translate it into English myself and send both the translation and photocopy of contract to CIC? Will they accept it?
Can anyone who has experience share with me?

Hello team,

My ECA was completed on 15th April and till date i have not received. I den ordered a duplicate report on 25th to be sent to me by INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS. But to my surprise they have send one copy to CIC FSWP and one to my address. WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW. I AN YET TO APPLY FOR ANY FSWP PROGRAM STARTING THIS MAY AND THEY HAVE SENT MY REPORT DIRECTLY TO CIC FSWP.

As far as i know they always send digital copy to cic and send us 2 hard copies of the report. 1 for yourself and another to be submitted along with application. I would suggest u to call wes and enquire about ur copies. If they have dispatched ask for referenxe number or tracking number. Parallely keep ur application ready. Once u get eca put 1 original copy and send to CIO

Can you someone send me the link that requires notarization in all copies.

My copy is already with UPS and i m tracking it also it will reach me within 3 days. BUT WHAT WILL CIC FSWP DO OF THE DIGITAL COPY SEND BY WES.....?? . . Neither i have requested them then also they have mailed CIC FSWP. Will it put some negative effect on future file that i have to apply post 1 may 2014 OR CIC FSWP will simply ignore this electronic mail send by WES to them REGARDING MY DOCUMENTS..?

there is no official url where it is mentioned to noterize all documents. I find it redundunt to noterize the copies since marksheets and transcripts are already verified by WES and ECA report is issued based on that. IELTS is supposed to be sent original. Regardin letter of reference, they have specified clearly that VO may ask for original later. So I don't find any need to submit noterized copies.

I'm going to apply 0911 manufacturing manager and now have a question regarding to whom I shall ask to write the reference letter for me.

I have a very trustful colleague but he is working as sales. Do I have to go for plant manager or HR to refer me since then it will make CIC more impressed that my work experience is related to manufacturing?

They send the digital copy for all applicants, so no worries. your application will be equally treated as others. Just keep track of the courier. Be ready with entire package with envelope, as soon as you get WES report, verify it and put it in the envelope and send it across.

You need to get it translated from a govt. registered / licensed translator who has to sign it and authenticate it.

Hi Team,

I have 2 concerns,

First is regarding NOC..I was applied FSWP under 2147 NOC in 2013. The same is not there for 2014 category list. Plz let me know whether i can apply under 2174 or any other computer related category this time. Would it a problem?


Secondly, I have applied under NS program under 2147..i do not get update on this. Also, let me know whether i can file for FSWP also.
