Form - IMM5669E, Point 6 (d) - Do i need to mark the answer as YES ( I applied to FSWP 2013 and my application was returned mentioning NOC Overcapped)

Regarding experience, my previous organisation (which FITS THE NOC category) will give letter but they will not mention ALL the details like dates of positions held, salary, etc. They will just mention a few bullet points of job duties, and my designation.

Will it be sufficient or should I attach an affidavit (containing all info as per the requirements) along with the experience letter issued?

Also, my current organisation (experience is not same as my NOC category, it is for different one) is not issuing any experience letter, best I can get is employed since D.O.Joining for reason : passport issuance. Should I submit affidavit for this experience along with joining letter, payslips?

There is no harm of adding affidevit. You can also provide job offers letters, increment/promotion letter, pay slip etc. to prove your salary amount and position with date.

Mohon- Would you have any specific format for this affidevit? Or a notary will have it? Also, Is this Affidevit self attested? Do you think a covering letter should be attached to support for not being able to provide roles and duties on company's letter head? Any reply on this will be a great help.

Hi all, I am new to this forum. I have one query, request your views on that.

I have total experience of 7 years, in which starting 5 years of experience is related to NOC 2132 but last 2 years job profile is not matching to NOC 2132. What should I do in this case? Should I write NOC2132 against starting 5 years and matching NOC against last 2 years? Also If I dont have continuous experience in same NOC than will it going to affect? Please suggest.

2013 Notarized documents is OK.

PCC is valid for one year. Start getting the PCC at the earliest.

No you don't have to do it again. Its just a translation to English or French from some other language.

Yes you have to do it again as al PCC's are valid for one year. So the one which was issued last is not valid any more.

You don't have to notarize whole file. Only documents which are not in English or French has to be translated and Notarized.
