Under NOC 2281 its mentioned NOC 2147 is mentioned under CLASSIFIED ELSEWHERE.

Does it mean , Can they consider NOC 2147 as well. ????

One Technical Question...

Are the applications processed as first come first serve or the point also has an impact.. means if an application with 70 points reaches earlier than an application with say 75 points then which one they will entertain first...

No...If u have 67 points minimum...thn score does not have any impact for FSW application

They will only consider the listed categories i.e. 2281. NOC 2147 is out of list.

No, it is not. Either your supervisor or HR can signed those.

I got a baby boy and his birth certificate will be issued by 7th May. Can I apply without his passport and update after I get PER. Will it work or should I wait till I get his passport.

congratulations. But this is very tricky question. if you wait to get PP for minor it will take time , also if you submit later, birth certification of your child will indicate he was born before may. Depending upon your NOC (if it is not in much demand)you may wait and get PP of your child and then only apply for FSW

Hi,

It is valid for 2 years. If you are applying in hot NOC and confident to get 67 points without your wife ielts, than submit without her ielts result. Else wait.
