Hi to all,

WES offers many types of evaluation (two of them are - Course-by-Course (with GPA & course-levels) and
Document-by-Document Evaluation) . which one is applicable for FSW ?? which one we shud choose for FSW? ?

and WES says it takes 7 days (after receipt) for evaluation , is it true?? which evaluation agency is faster(ICAS or WES)?

Just happened to see the FSW 2013 Spreadsheet / Returned Application sheet.

One of the applicants was rejected for mentioning two NOCs as primary NOC in Schedule 3 form.

Guys who are planning to apply FSW14 but did not take ur credential assessment yet are highly suggested to apply from WES now. Though there are more two organizations (without doctors), but WES is the more efficient compare to others. below is the link. Dont delay to apply coz it take times to get the final report.

For my case--there was 1 day rush hour service on Apr 13--And yes they have sent me within the day they received my educational docs...

very fast.

For ur query they sent within 7 days when they rcvd docs(counting date). Most of our applicants get on -IN-Time. Some of them has got few hassles too...

Dear Brother, there is no necessity of collecting experience letter from HR. Any of ur immediate line manager (from ur technical dept.) will be enough to assess the letter.

So just get the letter of mentioned above and u can avoid HR for this letter.

won't it make any objection if the LVO calls for an inquiry in my present company? I can arrange letterhead of the company but am afraid it might violate any company rule ???

So far i remember he has mentioned two NOC on the same application kit...

Anyway since this seems controversial...Application for Multiple category can be then avoided...

Hi Ashif ,

I have every thing in the reference letters but all my previous employers didnt mention the salary and benefits in the reference letters the argument given by them is we already gave your stamped offer letters and salary slips . Please guide me as we have all the additional documents incase of incomplete reference letters , How many chances that the immigration officer will not consider the experience written in the reference letter without salary and benefits . Your guidance will be really helpful for us in this regard . We have all the proofs regarding the employment , I am applying for NOC 2174

Dear Neetu, if u have salary slips individually then its not necessary to have mentioned on the reference letter. u can send payslip/salary slip separately with ur reference letter. I also did the same.

After then a volunteer team definitely will be required...

Thanks Ashif for your help ...my next query is about my spouse's Birth Certificate can a Notrized Affidavit from Indian Court will work ..as in India it will take a long time or can i submit the his Birth Certificate in between the process

Alternatives to birth certificate are as follows in CIC's own words

We do accept Secondary school records that contain the following :

Applicant's Name
Date of Birth
Name of Parent/Parents

If you are not able to provide a Birth certificate with all 3 criteria, we require an affidavit stating all of this information or that a Birth certificate cannot be attained.

So 10th standard school certificate or an affidavit covering applicants name, date of birth and Parent/Parents name should be fine in lieu of a birth certificate. Also you should give reason why you were not able to provide birth certificate.

Although u can send reference letter without letter head with an explanation that why u have send without letter head. But it will make suspicious to officers. If u are lucky enough / CIC think that-ur reason are very logical then u can get rid of this....

Notarization of employment letter is required/preferable.

Offcourse FSW category--Not course by course. Later one is for admission on University courses...

u just go with the provided link.. Everything is simple then to apply...
