Forms are not changed yet, so don't assume these are the final forms.

I already mentioned to all of u tocheck ur forms whether they have updated or not before sending application from the provided link

This is too important. i gave this link --u can roughly fillup all the required info now..then u can check finally...it wil expedite ur submissions since the revised versions usually dont gave much changes from the earlier versions..

Guys who are planning to apply FSW14 but did not take ur credential assessment yet are highly suggested to apply from WES now. Though there are more two organizations (without doctors), but WES is the more efficient compare to others. below is the link. Dont delay to apply coz it take times to get the final report.

Offcourse u can. Even u can apply under scveral category in the same opening (FSW14).

Several of us applied on FSW13 on more than one category (2174 and manager 0211)

I think, one can apply only in one category. Selection of multiple category will lead into rejection.

No brother ...multiple category is allowed...in that case CIC will provide u on later stage --an option/permission to discard one of ur file "stating that -we are processing file of XX NOC and we can discard ur YY NOC application".

so no worry...just apply first one quickly.

2) My file was returned due to caps reached so should I have to mention UCI number in new application I will send?

U r right ..but sometimes it depends on some conditions like for our case --applicants who applied under 2174 (software developer,) was confused that his app will be on the CAP or not since this category was filled up within 25 days nearly. But if u wait for the refusal email/return application then other eligible NOC of ur category may also be closed.

in this scenario its better to apply for multiple. other than this u should not apply more than one coz this will waste ur money /labor as well as CIC resources..

1. yes obviously u can apply this year if ur job matches 2174 job descrition...

2. u should mention UCI number. if u dont, CIC will himself will assign the same number on later stage.

Actually it depends... Usually they dont check...but sometimes (on the last stage if cap filling)there is chances that they checked several files and after that those whose file is complete fully -select them and discard others...

in this scenario files may have touched..

Few tips for a successful application

1. Use all the updated forms going to be listed on CIC website. ( for now wait for the official Ministerial Instruction from CIC on 26th April, they will subsequently update all Application forms, Instruction guide, Document check list etc on their website)

2. Read the Instruction guide thoroughly.

3. Read the Document check list thorougly. If you are unable to provide any of the requested documentation, include with your application, a written explanation with full details as to why that document is unavailable and any documentation that would support your claim.

4. Don't leave any section/box blank in form. If something is not applicable to you then write "N/A" instead of leaving it blank.

5. Get ready with IELTS (for you and your spouse), WES, PCC (PCC can be submitted at later stage also), Proof of funds ( 6 months bank statement, balance certificate) and all other docs mentioned in Document check list.

6. Job experience certificate must also cover job responsibilities matching with your NOC, your designation, Salary, period of employment etc and should be on the company letter head duly signed by the competent authority. Also include Appointment letter / Employment contract, Salary pay slips if available.

7. You can use bank draft or credit card but if going for a credit card option, fill the details of credit card correctly on the Fee payment form. You must inform your bank of the upcoming transaction so that your cc payment doesn't get blocked for whatever reason.

8. Before handing over your application to courier, check again if you have included all the updated application forms and supporting documents as per the document check list.

Guys...i had my application rejected last year for NOC 2132 because i couldn't arrange experience letter from my employer. Just wanna know how does everyone manage to get official experience letter with your duties written by the employer. I work in an automobile company and the HR denied me the letter saying it is not on the company's policy to provide experience letters. Any suggestions?
