Hello Dear,
As far as PER is concerned, CIC is still at 7-8 August applicants so you have to wait around 2 weeks but as far as DD encashment is concerned that you have to check with your bank. Your DD should have been encashed by now most probabily. I am a 13th Aug DD applicant. As per my bank my DD was encashed on 21st November. One thing more, Bank does not always gives true picture. Hope this helps.

2. secondly for PCC do i need to submit all PCC again or just my country of nationality. i also had one from United kingdom which I submitted with my application.
