guys i have a question. Was it wise for me to not hire an immigration consultant for my app? This thought is makimg me nervous
Many people in this forum have not hired a consultant and they have gone through the process so far (include me). So if you fulfill all the requirements and your documents are complete relax and join the waiting list, you will be fine ;D

Degrees irrespective dont stand a point - it acts as the fact - u r qualified enough ; however to stand out in market - u need to embrace the following

networking - referrals
co-op or voluntary work
certifications of Canadian standards

***thats canadian way my friend***

and bit of luck

upon landing - approach employment canada or new comer centres - they shall place u on co-op relating to ur field - for job experience - - u then know ur way up the ladder

DONT TAKE IT WRONG - Law sees it as error by purpose - write a letter to your VO explaining oversight and a innocent mistake on ur part.. (Indicate specifically how serious you are to make Canada your next home)

This should not hamper ur file ; however I view this as a risk ~ So avert it with a letter to VO..

FYI - CANADIAN AND USA IMMIGRATION IS TRANSPARENT AND CIC ALREADY KNOWS ON UR REJECTION - THE GUYS ISSUING U A PER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH REJECTIONS OR DUI OR ETC.. ITS THE VO WHO DECIDES HOW TRUTHFUL U R

GOT MY POINT I GUESS

Got your point. Thanks, Am wondering how do I seek an apology for this careless mistake of mine.

with simple words - dont worry too much

act fast and proceed with letter

and remember temporary visa and permanent residency visa have different criteria's - no point in not disclosing previous rejections - just fyi

One more thing, I was never given a reason for rejection. All I was told by VO was, unfortunately I cannot issue a visa, however you can re-apply.

Once I send the updated form what reason shall I mention.

Dear Members,

I applied under FSW and my application reached CIO on July 4 2014. I received PER from CIO on 29th Oct 2014.

Query: My application is currently with NDVO and In July I was blessed with a baby girl. I want to add her to my FSWP application. For this I had written an online query to NDVO and they have reverted with list of documents to be submitted.

I need your help to know how should I pay the additional processing fee of 150 CAD. I shall be paying it through DD only. But I am confused about in which currency should I make the DD and the beneficiary for the same.
Query 1: Should I use 'Receiver General for Canada' and make DD in Canadian dollar and send the same to NDVO
Query 2: Or Should I use 'High Commission of Canada' Payable at New Delhi and make DD in INR. In this case I am not sure how much amount in INR should I use for DD?

Kindly help with your replies.

U say nothing - u quote ur rejection letter file number fro usa consulate and say rejected for study visa etc or whatever and date of rejection

foot note - state - pardoon my innocent oversight

get this done buddy - thats about it

VO just need to see u r genuine and not hiding
