Hello All,

I am an Irish. I have got work permit through Working Holiday Visa last month and I am planning to enter Canada in July 2014.
At this point, I am wondering If I can apply for FSW category too? Is there any issues on applying FSW while an open work permit is already issued to me, and im waiting to enter Canada?

Some one please advice me on this.

Hey Fellows,

make sure that your are using the new forms.....last year a number of applications got rejected due to old forms.

Technically, CIC has time till 1st May to update the forms...

Remember to check the site on 1st may..

If it is in form IMM 008 Generic Application form for Canada. In the section of Dependent 10 (a) Relationship with Primary Applicant once you select Spouse 12 Dependent type will be greyed out.

Document checklist has info what all is required of Passport.

No need to notarize passport copy
